Hi Prof,
Far be it for me to make any suggestion, but it might be worth considering waiting for another 6 months since we should have come close to crossing the line in China (I don't expect too much of a delay, if any, apart from their own C19, antics) given ERP is not handling it so it won’t go tits up. And we should have at least started the phase iii, which given ERPs historic handling may take another year or two, to complete, however. There is a good chance the China approval will result in some income. Both these contributions to news should lift the sp so if you wanted to offload, you would at least get more for the shares than today.
I don’t think you have much to lose now, although the sp could drop further once the rights shares hit the market (approx 50% dilution), but this may not be the case since the value before the recent drop to the rights sp, was double the current value and with the rights shares in play, it may just go back to that value and then possibly on from there.
Just my opinion, however. But good luck whatever you decide.
