Matt, Indeed: So far the EU launch has done diddly squat, or rather triggered a continuous and progressive drop and its hard not to be disappointed whilst holding out faith and patience in a reasonable timescale. One does wonder why. Surely the people selling must have read the positive news re the EU launch and 4+4 mill euro payments, yet they still choose to sell and today in several largish tranches. Speculating, could it be one holder, but then why at a miserly 0.32HKD..... they could have sold out for more just a few weeks back ? Stop losses unkowingly triggered ? I still cannot feel something is going on in the background.............. Ollieh's cryptic messages seem to indicate that........... Or am I just becoming neurotic after all these years invested in the product that so far has given me nothing in return....well apart from...... I have noticed I've started to twitch a lot......... Is it a good or bad thing for RPG ??? Good in that it may force the hand of a Chinese company wanting a sideline out of China and into the rest of the world ? A bad thing in that the US et al would regard RPG in HK as Chinese ? Could be over in a few months, but then again, it may not be...Just as RPG are sorting out things re entry to China..... Any thoughts...............???

Morning Pom, Yup...happy Easter to you too. It certainly was rushed out. That was the EGM I attended in June 2016 and it was all touch n go I would make it since after the RTO my shares were no longer in my name and I had to get a proxy sorted. In fact it was so difficult for my broker in Jersey to sort it out that I had to use my wife�s share holding to gain admittance. Even then it was a problem. If it hadn�t been for the fact that Jamie was expecting me, I may never had got in. I was considered a bit of a celebrity since the meetings are nearly always attended by locals. Imagine his reaction when I stated I was only a PI....He, for some reason, thought I was a professional investor...... ;-) I remember Dr Mike telling me a few months later in London that he was hopeful his holding would be increased, which as we know has still not happened, which I still wonder why given that his initial award was, if I remember correctly, was to keep him around for 3 years, which has now lapsed. Of course maybe any offer would be so large that he�s quite happy with the 16+ mill he was awarded with.... :-D Yes of course you are correct about the terms of the share options hence me writing (tongue in cheek) two sides of the coin..... not sure how closely rules are followed and what�s binding and what is not given how lax the HKSX are with disclosures...... Personally I hope they don�t award any since it will only dilute our current holdings and we have all been waiting Long enough......yup I�m still greedy...and why not.... :)

I would think if there were to be either a sale of the product or of the company itself, we would suddenly see the remaining incentive shares being awarded to employees......But then again, looking at it from the otherside of the coin.....If its going to be too obvious just before a sale, they may not award any........... Either way it doesnt help much with our speculations .... LOL

Matt, Still thinks this year will be good but of course RP still needs to deliver on their promises...... He does admit that the current market is somewhat strange given what announcements have been made and can only guess that RP�s current street cred on promises is letting them down. Hopefully this will change with the release of further announcements. Said he will arrange a conf call with JG although he didn�t say when.

Pom Just repeating your thoughts re JG going out and making broker awareness since, as you pointed out, there would appear to be absolutely none at the moment. No harm in venting ones frustration here, I feel so much better for it and at the same time I don't get a slap from the wife....SLAP....Ouch..."dont be such a cry baby, shut up be patient".......LOL

Matt Its dropping so fast that if you take your eye off the ball, you will miss it. Closed at 0.34.... ;-) What I am surprised at is JM/JG don't seem too bothered about it. One would think they would try and bolster the price with maybe some more positive information (unless there isn't any). Even though JG assured me 18months ago that he was talking to brokers, this obviously, as Pom pointed out, is evidently not the case. As usual, I expect he has been telling porky pies. According to the YER's, PR's net asset value per share is 0.6753HKD... We are currently very close to half that level.

Pom Given the way the HKSX regulates disclosure...ie zilch, I'm pretty sure Recordati wouldn't need to do anything. Plus as far as I am aware they are not listed on the HKSX so any rules re listed companies etc etc wouldn't apply. Or am I writing garbage ?

Pom The placing was indeed at 0.4HKD, but remember they were given a sweetener from 0.5HKD. Effectively 20% profit for buying the shares. what was at the time 25% profit has now turned into an effective 32% loss. Hence me writing based on the then current SP.

The SP is now 32% down on the SP used as the basis of the placing price about 6 months ago...... The people who bought the 100mill shares must be fuming...... maybe JM is going to HK to have his behind kicked as I'm sure the purchases must have been by local investors.......or not .... no real way of telling......only JM knows who they are???

A Recordati holding has been discussed before, but I'm not so convinced. Although the previous discussion was on the basis of them buying out RPG or the product, there is nothing to say that they may only be investing to make money if it takes off. As to the former, I'm not convinced given the HK/Macau/China announcements. But then again, it could be..... as we all know anything could happen, so I wont hold my breath over it....just my opinion.

Hello Charlie. Interestingly I too was offshore in Vietnam but in Sept 2010, Was there to provide Technical support for the installation of a 650tonne Compression module. Flew out from Vung Tau on one of those old Russian copters.....you know the ones, flying by the seat of your pants. I stayed on a Russian Heavy lift vessel....... Russians used to walk round the work areas in flip-flops and only ate boiled meat n cabbage..... Lost a few kgs on that trip. Had to come back via support vessel hoping then lift on to a rig by monkey basket.......I'm sure you know about those too. Was also in Vung Tau on and of for a few years before that, again providing technical support but for Hoang Long who were having 2 x jackets and topsides built at PTSC's yard. Used to take the Russian fast boat ferry from Ho Chi Minh, old rust buckets, but certainly motored once up on the hydrofoils. I understand they don't use them anymore due to a new road and the fact they often broke down, crashed or sunk... Also, used to travel to KL every week from Singapore, usually for a day trip, to check on the ranks....... Anyways, enough of that, don't want to bore the locals...... Welcome aboard.... ;-)
