When commercial sales start. According to the announcement on 13th Feb. Commercial sales started on 9th Feb. Last launch of the E5 was on 1st March. It therefore follows that RPG should now receive the 4mill. Since the last 4mill payment was recived abt 21 days after the trigger date, RPG shd have received the total payment by now or at least 3/5th's of it. I'm hoping something will be announced this Friday following the AR.

SORR, Very true. I think there must only be a handful of the original PLE long term holders left now who have certainly seen many a poster come and go. Unfortunately instead of having crystal b-alls, we-ve all ended up having b-alls of steel watching the price go up and down. Any-road-up, we should start to see some increase in the next few months if all of the content of the recent announcements are on track.......a ROW license or two, the UK and remainder of the E10 (excluding Ireland...I add this as a reminder, just in case JG is looking in and forgets it was taken out... :-).....). I think this also would indicate those that still remain are either crazy or generally optimistically positive human beings who live happy lives (not the crazy ones, since they are just crazy).... ;-)

Sounds like a "black market" product.....LOL Surely they cannot prescribe something that is unapproved ? Seems some further educating is needed re prescribers......... Also, now Recordati are involved, I'm sure any dodgy products will soon be withdrawn as currently I'm sure no one has been regulating anything...... Just my thoughts on the matter.

Is this also one of the influences regarding the time taken to renegotiate the Recordati agreement. Could there be additional hidden clauses regarding "If the company or product rights were sold......" ? ;-)

If what has been speculated about position taking and possible purchase has some truth to it, I do wonder if the HK/Macau launch could be a trigger ? There doesn't seem to be any real commercial benefit apart from possible help to a stagnated SP which could be increased through a home town launch, although I don't really think so. Then why ? As we have also speculated, could this be a back door to China ? We do know that Dr Mike has attended and presented in China in the last 12 months. We also know that JG initially deferred from making any comments re China because of all the red tape associated with getting a product to market. He even stated to me when I met him that it was not on the agenda. Suddenly there appeared to be a U turn and HK/Macau and China now appear to be on the map............Was the sudden change in direction due to the extended time for the FDA approval....."in for penny etc etc" or is there more to it ? Has something happened (has Dr Mike or even the company been approached). Was the UK launch a trigger to start steps in acquiring a large holding with a view to an offer once the HK/Macau launch is made. Makes one wonder doesn't it ? Is there some wheeling and dealing going on in the background....... No disclosures etc since whoever might be interested doesn't want it known to prevent a biding war........ Hence JG's lack of interest since he knows exactly whats going on. Could he have been somehow instrumental in the Mavern disposal through providing different contacts ? Mavern may have advised that they intended to offload and was there some institution willing to pick up the slack ? Of course we will only know if the above is a possibility once the HK/Macau import licenses are approved...........interesting times. Anyway, a little more food for thought...... ;-)

If you really want to know these answers, why don't you just email Dr Mike. He will either admit his mistake or he will explain why. Far easier than have a constant dialogue with a poster who has an axe to grind....wouldn't you say ?

SPF Indeed, in fact I remember reading many posts, some quite aggressive, from posters like DG...and then there was that guy....who created a blog, which I assume is still up n running.........yup just checked and its still up n running......... It really did appear to be somehow orchestrated given the rise and the abuse many posters were subjected to....Very sad indeed for the gullible ones who are sitting on huge losses. Anyway, I carry on watching and reading to see what happens at the end game, which I'm sure will be soon.

Anyone who wants to challenge any of this and what has been presented only has to attend the MI on the 17th March where Dr Mike will be more than willing to verbally joust and then help them out the door with their tail between their legs.... ;-)

Pom That also applies to the self appointed experts who have no more idea than you, I or anyone else. These are the ones that are significantly more dangerous by trying to cause disruption and possible chaos.

And Remember Dougal....HITS was asked to look at this share for a friend......you cannot say that he has not just done that.. Actually I have enjoyed HITS posts immensely....go HITS go .... :-) Not a share holder, but watched and read about, with avid interest, the rise and fall of both Fitbug and Ctag......that sound a bit like ...... Reginald Perrin. In both cases so many people have lost a lot......although it would appear CTAG still has a few months left to go.......

According to the European (44 countries) populous I downloaded on the 19th Feb, there were (its increasing all the time) 541.181million. Approximately half are men = 270.5mill. So for 38m simplistically => approx. 1 in 7 of all men, although this excludes some % drop for a targeted age group). All very interesting. Also what interesting is Dr Mike does say these figures are supplied by some 3rd party who I would think have their own algorithms/databases for calculation....Mind you other such companies would probably come up with different figures. It all depends on how positive/negative their brains work since numbers like this, at this early stage, are influenced by personal opinion. A bit like rampers and derampers on BB's..... ;-)

Pom Ignoring price point and based on your figures, wouldn-t one consider the 7.5%x80%x67% = 4% to be the market penetration?
