Pom, Yes, JM is far too busy for a minnow like me..... It�s just disheartening watching the continued sells, albeit small, which keep knocking 1 to 2 % off each day. One would think the sellers have no idea what they are selling out of..... Surely they must be doing so at a loss. It just makes no sense given the news we have had and are expecting. It was only a few weeks back it went up to about 0.42. We�ve now dropped just over 17% and for what.....just on positive news.

I wonder how far this will drop. Will the SP reach below 0.3HK$ again ???

You missed the bit about the strategic discussions that were had during the weekend. They were all ready to act on the Monday opening bell......�and....they�re off�......keching...keching....keching.......The rest, as they say, is all history ;-)

Personally. I think it all happened all too quickly and as such I feel RP may have been the fat controllers.. although we will never know what really happened, Mavern could have been waiting in the wings for the event. Remember how it was taken right the limit on the Friday with only two more working days left before the sunset clause came into effect. The news was released Friday evening and much can transpire over a weekend........pure speculation on my part, but for me its all a bit suspicious........ Anyway, it's all done n dusted and so now we wait.......

CS It will happen....if you build it, they will come....... We are still building it......lol Just a little more patience.........things will definitely be different by the end of the year....... (both my fingers and legs are crossed).... :-)

Pom I understand your point, however. This is where my "orchestrated" view came from. Given that its very rare that nearly a companies whole share holding is sold and bought within a few days makes me think, rightly or wrongly, that RP were advised that Mavern wanted out as did maybe a few other large holders (we probably will never know about these). RP knew someone or a group were looking to buy in and advised them about Mavern. Both parties then started to sell and buy. using the UK launch news as a trigger This was going fine until it transpired that local investors saw the volumes and started to jump on board (you know how things happen), this then started to push the price up until it spiraled to a point where the price rise was considered to have plateaued and the rest is history. Of course that's only my opinion to try and understand what happened..... it all looks a bit suspicious to me given what we know. And since there have been no holding disclosures and the lack of clarification on such disclosures by JG to posters who questioned him on the matter..it is very easy to plead ignorance and take no action and using the HKSX non requirement to investigate further....it makes one wonder why. Surely if you were in his position, wouldn't you want some clarify on who are now the main players ? Not of you already know. We minions will never know what truly happened no matter how much we speculate.....but I'm pretty sure those at the top do.... ;-)

Pom, Maybe you are right looking at it as a person already invested for the duration, however. Wouldn't you agree that any new investor will perform some due diligence on the past history and of the company's ability to meet announced milestones before committing any money to buying shares? Even if tempted, I'm sure they would want to wait to see any income. The company has still got a long way to go to regain credibility before investors will commit the large sums of money you feel are waiting at the doorstep.

Pom Unfortunately I have no idea what happened at the time or the reasons for it, but considering that RP decided to shift to HK and we now know that the rules there regarding disclosures and other things are pretty lax to the benefit of larger investors, it seems pretty obvious to me that some jiggery pokery was going on which could have all been initiated by the RTO. It didnt cost RP any money, they just issued a sh-it load of shares to do the job. What it all means now though is anybody's guess. Hopefully it does mean something and something big. Even though JG has a large holding, how much of that holding has he purchased himself ? IMV there is a big difference in incentive when one puts their own hard earned cash into something than one who has been given freebees.

Not forgetting Dr Mikes presentations in Beijing a few months back..........However. Interestingly I had coffee with a Chinese doctor a few days ago who has a couple of small clinics in China and one in Singapore. I actually discussed the product with him, which he found very interesting and seemed enthusiastic about. What was interesting was that he said that to give presentations to the top boys in China was probably not the way to go since these people hold the power and would want to produce their own product for the local market and as such can often influence the approval process, however. If the product was taken through a local third party, things can happen pretty quickly. It how the Chinese do things. Maybe that's what this Macau/HK launch is all about....... Its not what you know....Its all about who you know..... Only time will tell.

sldmr That makes sense given the ref's to China in the last few announcements. I feel it wasn't being considered back in June 2016 when I met JG since he confirmed that China was not on their priority list given all the hoops that needed to be gone through in the approval process. Now with the ref's to both HK and Macau, which we all know are but drops in the ocean in the bigger picture of things, are these now the catalyst for the China agreement ???

Pom Given what we know now, its quite obvious it was orchestrated.... All this ref to moving to HK for liquidity....was that just so what happened during the UK launch could happen....??? As JG told me when I met him and as I posted here soon after, which you disagreed with, it would appear HK are indeed waiting for sales results...... And I'm sure this is because of the let downs and false promises that have been made and investors, as Curiousinvestor pointed out, no longer have any faith in the content of announcements, let alone the management. If we had stayed on AIM, even with further dilution due to cash calls, I'm pretty sure we would be much better position than where we are today. And remember, whatever dilution effects from cash calls would have occurred, would have mostly been offset by the 35% dilution from the RTO. So what happens now ??? We have to sit and wait and at the same time bombard JG/JM with emails n txts asking what they are doing about this debacle. They need to pull their socks up professionally. If there is not at least one RWL signed before the end of the year (given all the hype and false statements investors have been fed), we should demand the removal of JG since he is about as useful as a fart in a space suit..... Since we have now some spare cash, RP should pay a PR company to sell the company to the investor community.

I incorrectly mentioned an RNS. It was written in the 2016 interim results. Incidentally anyone have any view as to why LIFE was removed from LSE after only a few months after delisting. Many other companies that were delisted many months (if not years) ago still seem to have a posting BB, LIFE seems to have totally disappeared.... I wonder why ?

CS1882, I have noticed that FFWD seems to be on the rise with much discussed expectations. I have been following what's going on there ever since I found out that JM was involved and they were another DBC lifeline, however. I do remember the CEO stating in an RNS at the time when LIFE were discussing a RTO that FFWD would not be putting any more money into the DBC since they had failed on all fronts with respect to meeting milestones. He did appear rather annoyed with JM over that.

HITS, For my own personal benefit of enlightenment. Although 10% may be written in the articles of association, do these automatically overrule the requirements set out in "The Companies (Shareholders� Rights) Regulations 2009" i.e Members' power to require directors to call general meetings (sec303 - sec304) The directors must call a general meeting if so requested by the holders of 5% of the voting shares (or 5% of the voting rights if there are no shares). (The figure was reduced from 10% to 5% by the Companies (Shareholders' Rights) Regulations 2009 (S.I. 2009/1632), reg. 4(2). Not forgetting that Members may call a meeting at company's expense (sec305)

Loftgroov, My thoughts too. Even though they need the money for FDA follow up and possibly other investments, a dividend, no matter how small, could do wonders to the falling SP and provide a huge amount of positivity and investor confidence/interest. I'm sure it wouldn't take much.

SORR Apparently the latter since it was "Reduced to clear" at 20squid a can....that's a pound a shot......I wonder if all the wives were happy thinking they were only worth a squid a ride............ "roll up, roll up knock the wife up for 1 pound a go....." ......LOL
