Thanks. I did think it was a little too late, although nothing to stop an EGM being called if there is no news soon or by the AGM. Not sure how many % is requred for that since i have read 5% and 10% in diffetent places.

Thanks for the clarification proff. Obviously must have been PP's post as ref by Pom. POM I made the post re adding items to the AGM list with a view to adding a request for a detailed in depth response to ROW license progress as one point. Do we hold enough shares amongt us to request additional items such as the one above to be added ? Any view on my post ?

Pom I see. Since PLE is no longer trading and since RPG doesn't come under FTSE or I would think LSE rules, I can only assume recent posts have been requested to be removed. PLE doesn't even come up as a company name option in the search box.

I guess it's too late to request an additional item on the AGM list ? Apparently and according to the UK rules, if we held 5% min we could other items added to the list. I would assume it's the same in HK ?

I see another of JM's minnows has suddenly taken off. Up a few 100% in the last few days......Maybe when he was referring to a money fountain, he was referring to that company instead...... ;-)

Prof Can I assume you had a response and posted here and it was removed ? If yes, would you consider reposting but reworded in away that it wouldn't be removed. Ie without ref to JG/JM and/or company ? I'm afraid I missed whatever was posted :-(

Pom Agree something just doesn't smell right :-) Maybe some indication can be given by Dr Mike at the upcoming meet 'n' greet. Remember to make sure he drinks a lot before asking the question ..... ;-)

PP More frustrated and disappointed than anything based on all the previous time lines which were never kept and the total lack of keeping shareholders updated. We deserve more information rather than continually stating "at an advanced stage", which we all know has been ongoing for several years. And of course there is the HK market lack of reaction. To say the market is waiting for earnings data just doesn't make sense when compared to how other markets we know would react to such big events, like an EU launch.

Pom, I've had my doubts for a while now. Given the BS Jamie fed me nearly two years ago re a South American licensee nearly biting his arm off. With no signing of a new license since then makes me belive it's all gone cold. They have been at an advanced stage for so long that I'm sure they don't even know what it is they have advanced at. I'm am totally fed up with consistent incompetence and disregard that JG and JM have shown towards the long term shareholders that helped to keep the company above water in the early days. We have faith in our product, but the A team dont seem to indicate that same faith by keeping us informed in these important times where shareholders are losing faith. It's quite increadible. If they were at such advanced stage with the ROW licenses, at least one would have been signed by now, even at Recordati's standard where an agreement was already in place it didn't take as long. As I mentioned before, because of the delays, I'm pretty sure the licensees have had second thoughts. All my own opinion as a very very frustrated and disheartened supporter.

Px Not the announcement I was looking for....... I wonder how many shares and renumeration will be awarded for all the professional work done. ........gulp !!!
