Afraid not jaglith, first of all he tried to get the plant fixed with enprotec and failed. Then according to you this was going bus t last week and canmax were taking over the whole thing. Indeed I would be interested to know why they didn't just takeover? The reason being that they want the product and trust GH to deliver. Of course everyone knows that finance on many fronts is an issue but they haven't kicked it down the road without having a solution for that, also we know that others are now interested in finance as the product is potentially so valuable.

The extension does change things. Can max have said that in essence they are determined to get Roach's piece of scrap working. New George has proved he has a good workingrelationship with them. No more dilution hopefully but an off take agreement!

Well looks like can max have decided to get this plant working. They hoped that GH would do this in the summer but with the amount of money spent and Roach given the boot things are starting to look up. The debt for the 100th time needs kicking down the road with a takeoff agreement but canmax seem determind to get this going one way or the other.

I note the contribution of the haddock. Particularly the penultimate paragraph 're the directors. That is exactly why I am here in that the JV s make sure that the risk is others and almost certainly the others have more idea in what they are doing than our directors. Today's raise by West coast being hopefully one of many action that will cost us nothing.

Obviously we hope to see good news coming in on many front and more importantly income from others efforts combined with good drilling results that should hopefully translate into a much raised sp. My only caveat is that we are not diluted to f. by further raises by our own board who should now take a breather and just concentrate on flogging more projects for profit and receiving income from JVs. What I don't want is them creating more projects that need placing s which dilute shareholder value. Let's have a year of the the SP rise. However looking at the last top slicing regularly will be my tactic this year if the Sp allows.

Been here about 7 years, the BOD, couldn't do what they said they'd do i ie organise a sale before the war, what makes anyone think they can do it on a peace deal being signed. What has changed? Whilst the political situation might have changed the company is much the same. Rums not all round. Kitty money has been spent on bod salaries!

Could some people provide some comments on the SP movements. Firstly the bottom drops out of it for no apparent reason stops at 40 p. Now almost everyday it rises 10%. We have a pretty inconspicuous rns about a road and next year's plans but nothing to change the sp value so much. Why the massive swings ?

Taking the previous RNS s and that interview this all sounds highly plausible and the actions they are perfectly logical and conducive to a big find. Indeed instead of issuing it all piecemeal ( for bedwetters) it's going to come in big lumps next year.

Most telling as was mentioned in the interview and previously here is that it's all good news. So poulden can't make it any clearer than that and there is specific timescales. Just read the rns again. All seems perfectly logical to me. Setting up a more permanent type of base including, road, water and airport access. Seem in control and confident of assay delivery and results (As far as you can be.)

Assays results to be delivered as they come in and then a plan for next year released. With the drilling nearly complete for this year and assay results due to be released seems all on time to me.

Of course the reason the so is a sh++++++ is because there is no actual assays yet. Every time there is an RNS without results the price drops . In the next two months which isn't long we should know whether the project is viable. I would be surprised after all this effort and infrastructure if it wasnt. After all why involve Ed Mead and add extra drilling and double shifts. If you wanted to lengthen it out for overheated salaries you wouldn t fastrac k the drilling.n

If the sp was 20p this would a perfectly acceptable rns, even bedwetters!

I don't think they should say anything at all until the info that they want to give ie assays first and perhaps a drilling update 2 weeks later to push the S P higher on two RNS s.

The last time they caved in the SP dropped that s what the bedwetters need to understand.

Just been on the GEO site and they to are waiting for assays. At their AGM their CEO answered,

Labs are very busy (there have been a number of consolidations between labs in the region recently, which may be affecting capacity / ability to process samples quickly). But, of note, several companies are experiencing delays in receiving the assays, it’s not just GEO.

Also added that they had considered fast tracking the assays but the cost did not represent shareholder value. That should allay any bedwetting, though probably not.

I don't really see in the scheme of things that £500,000 is enough to do anything. How much is the float plant? Will that make the plant produce, wages, contractors bills the list is endless.

As for suing the company who are you going to sue? Even if shareholders used just to get their investment back, the bill would be millions, the company assets would be next to nothing, creditors would come first, George Roach who really is responsible for all this wouldn't have the money, put everything in his wife's name and go bankrupt.

There seems to be a pervading interest on this site about minut ea. We have already scene the consequences of demanding unnecessary updates in last week's RNS, where the BOD issued an unnecessary update and took the sp down. Here we are again wanting to know which lab are doing the assays , what investigations are they doing etc. The truth is clear that any RN S that does not include assay results will put the price down.

My personal opinion is they will be good and the rns will be issued around probably just before the EGM. This has been planned and arranged for about a month. If the assays are good nobody will give a f about consolidation as that news will be dwarfed by good results. As has been said on here that , that is a precursor to a JV. (We might just might on AIM for once get a massive gold discovery and a jv all at once and an SP of 20p. Oh hang on I've just woken up!)

One thing that could be very, very helpful here to the SP is the gradual release of (hopefully) good news. Which should see a month on month increase in the SP rather than one rns and then nothing for 6 months. Fingers crossed!
