Firstly Can max are in charge of George full stop. Any of George's spending has to be approved by them.

When George fleeces the shareholders he 'll also be fleecing Can max as they own 13% of the company. And even if he wanted to they'd have to give permission.

Two main reasons the plant has never worked George was in charge and he employed a load of incompetent engineers called stark. They've now been replaced by the OEM. They've already done the trial run, they now need to get it running permanently which is why they are on site next week to achieve this.

As for the new MD as evidenced by the above George is no longer in charge, he can't be due to his spending restrictions. Can max need someone else GH to be in charge.

Yes readers the silly nonsense club are up and about early this morning. The plants not running, the test results are terrible, George is in charge, after hours disastrous RN S due.

Let's look at the facts contained in recent news. The OEM engineers are on site. They got the plant up and running so a test run could take place. That was last week, we all await results. These results will be released in a timely way after the lab results are available.

A new M D has started work he will now be in charge of the plant. George who has dismally failed here, is being moved aside if not finished and is not allowed to spend any money without canmax's permission. Clearly his influence is over or certainly waning to say the least.

Can max have shown confidence in the success of this by keeping shares and not off loading them. That is the biggest clue to the inevitable success here as they actually know what's going on on site.

As for the plant can't run because it's got no money for fuel that's simply made up Can max or Glencore haven't increased their stake or interest because there's no money fuel and who paid for the fuel for a week's test run any way?

Looks like they've finally done it. Shorters now this has been achieved spend all morning going on about how this will be financed. According to you lot every stage will be a failure. I really wouldn't want to be in your shoes.

I agree that they do not have day to day responsibility but as a major shareholder they have massive influence by controlling GR, getting him to get interest from Glencore. They will obviously want to be updated regularly and would heavily influence major decisions

More silly nonsense on here this morning. Firstly the original equipment manufacturer has been on site and got the plant running. The next step will to be put product in there . The next step is for the OEM to continue their work and get the plant up and running. Clearly the best people to do this are the people who made and sold it.

GR could not do this in years so it's obvious that whoever Glenmore / Can max arranged this. Indeed as was pointed out earlier GR needs Canmaxs permission to put the soap in the toilet. This control of GR has led to the improvements we have seen.

I notice there's continual pointless debate about the new mans job title. Anyone who's ever worked in any factory would know that the MD of the site is the one responsible for production. ThevBOD are not

Also Can max have kept their shares which is striking vote of confidence as previously everyone sold theirs as quickly as possible. Could have sold them yesterday and doubled their money, but clearly expect more.

Lastly product does anyone really believe that Glenmore got involved without testing that product was there and could be processed .

See we've started today with a brilliant observation of "he's just the new MD" I think most of us would agree that therefore he'll be in charge of running Zulu and therefore producing product. In fact obviously for shareholders who want our SP up he will be the absolute key to our success. That s all he is .

I think the company (if they are not going to provide daily updates) should provide an app so bedwetters and shorters can see the plant running 24 hours a day. What will the message board do without George?? There's a new CEO starting Wednesday who will have made sure that George will have left the building. In fact George was only talking this up the other Sunday praising the new team for getting the plant started. Indeed there will no doubt be a more professional approach to news under a new regime. Unlike the fools that expect a plant update every week. The plant needed 3 -5 days of trials plus testing product. Which could be 3 to 4 weeks. This company has undoubtedly turned a corner under a new regime. Watch out shorters!

To be honest I'm sick of hearing about George. This company will have a new CEO, new engineers and a LOI from one of the world's biggest miners. These people will get this going. The new CEO has hardly taken this on to fail!

This shouldn't be complicated for investors. Having been invested for years here like many the sh****** is all down to GR. Couldn't sort the money out, constant dilution, endless missed deadlines e tc etc.

Now we have a proper engineering firm, one of the world's biggest miners involved and the plant has been running. It really is as simple as that. Someone quoted this week that Warren Buffet had said when it rains put a bucket out not a thimble. I put an extra 8k in last week I be recovered all my 98 % losses. It doesn't by any means make me investor of the year but shows that this company is making rapid progress. New CEO this week. He hasn't taken this job to fail as he would have asked many question about the plant, product quality etc. Glenmore haven't got involved either to see this fail.

So therefore one of the world's biggest mining companies have declared an interest in a tiny mine. Obviously for a good reason and they may have got a min e working that hasn't worked for years. Things are obviously moving forward. Thanks for pointing it out.

They've signed a letter of intent and whether they are involved in the engineering or not, whoever is certainly knows what to do as the things running! Which for prem is a massive achievement

No it's not clear there are issues with the plant who told you that ? Or is it you just making it up ? The plant is now taking product for the first time , fixed in no time by OEM co operation as per RNS. The SP (you don't like this next bit) rose massively. There is not going to be a daily update every time product falls off the end of it. Let's say some stuff needs fixing as you suggest one of the biggest miners in the world and a competent engineering firm will be more than able to fix this as they have done by getting the plant working. Ballymena, you've got to laugh at your comment. Of course Glenmore are on site. George tried to get the plant working himself and couldn't and now just down to luck it does. Praise the Lord ! Hallelujah ! It's a miracle !

You've got to be called out for trying to confuse investors on purpose. The engineering teams on site now Glenmore/Enprotec whoever are clearly getting the job done in that the plant is now running. Last year whn stark and good old George were left to their own devices the place was a sh****** a new regime has taken over got things working. Most importantly and evidently this has been reflected in a massive rise in the SP. That's something you can't deny!
