Let's be frank here. The directors are still and will continue to pay themselves their vast salaries for failure. They will not be going bust, resigning or anything that makes them accountable. An SP from £2+ to 20p ? In fact we know the consolidation was done to afford future raises. Fully funded for 2026. Now we have more drilling needed. The same old AIM jam tomorrow. I'm afraid I agree with dazzer. All my working life I worked mainly for blue chip companies. This is the difference between people who get things done and b/s merchants.

In a blue chip if you promised something you delivered. Even if there were delays you were expected to get round them and allow for them in the original plan. The BOD here as slowly but surely p****** everyone off with delayed commications. No need put out a delaying statement if you really have to because you can't meet your own timescales. Like we are in discussions about a JV and can't say much now.

I think it's fairly obvious to most people this year that pre m will become commercial. My old mate jag, might have been right under normal circumstances with his bankruptcy claims but for two reasons he is most definitely wrong.

Funding and debtors let's face it premier law the world and his wife loads. Indeed under most measurements they might indeed be bust.

However.... Ballymena and Jag every week/month call up bankruptcy but despite a lot of evidence that might suggest this , it ain't going to happen. Two main reasons Can max are willing to fund Prem whatever . Debtors like Goddard are also willing to postpone their debt.

We don't know the reasons but they obviously believe wholeheartedly that they will will get their money back and more. Goddards particularly will have been in detailed discussions about plans for the next six months, to ensure the get their money. (If not they would have had to have the scrap value whereas this way they expect full amount to be repaid)

Secondly once processing has started (flotation unit ordered and payment plan agreed) with the price of spodumene as it is this will quickly become commercial.

I'm out at the minute as there's still the possibility of dilution once that danger has passed for me probably by the end of March this could provide extremely profitable as there's potentially a massive upside. New kit soon to be fitted not long to wait!

Just popped into to see how Jag is doing. Well he's not like a stuck record that's for sure, the needle has moved! Last year him and raydaar between them had definate bankruptcy every month. Answer wrong! Then the float unit has been ordered several times before so if money is raised for another it will be spent on drinks / flights / Christmas party , wrong ordered and excepted production in Q2. Finances couldn't be sorted , Goddard needed paying and company would be bu st within weeks, wrong ,agreement reached. Can max prepared to wait for their money as well.

Placing will be up soon then I'll by back in there's no reason why this could be a ten bagger this year when producti9n and sales start.

The issue for me here isn't how much gold there is, how deep it is etc. The reason the SP has dropped is because of the CEOs overpromising and underdelivering. Indeed if he had been more accurate with his prediction and results matched is prediction the SP would have moved up. It's the same old same old AIM, rubbish. It would be nice to have a share where average results were expected and somebody exceeded expectations. We all say wait until the next field is explored but I 've worked in plenty of businesses where targets are consistently and accurately hit. Of course I hope things improve SP wise but that's the only thing of interest the rest is just noise. No doubt as ever the BOD have our interests at heart !

Plenty of massive rises to come here. Just the recent investments by The BOD, from Singapore and a spread betting firm is enough to convince me. Also as indicated below, day traders are being kept out by the large spread. That suggests to me that MM's are in cahoots with this. That makes a change!

All this about the market not liking it. Riversgold was up 36%. A very odd situation. As for a placing strange the price drops so hard, when a possible placing could be months away if at all. Finance after all could come from somewhere else. Placing price could be at a 20% discount. Any way that's all unconfirmed.

Just a question, looked like a cracking RNS, the placing is for another company. The grades look decent and more results to come. Can someone explain why we've had a 25 plus loss on the sp. Mega buying into riversgold. Why isn't it up 25 ?

In direct answer to your question the fundamentals haven't changed since last Thursday when you were a holder. So no they haven't changed! Dear me. Stop embarrassing yourself. In fact the only that has changed is that we are all waiting a major announcement. Trading normally isn't suspended to give bad news. Stop being silly!!

Beauty of this is that there's no news tomorrow but on sunday, so another day of this tomorrow is likely!

Method C isn't benefiting anyone ! And were we or were we not promised revenue by Gardin by the end of 2024. Lastly shareholders have seen their investment tank whilst Gardin himself is being rewarded handsomely and in 3 years has delivered no revenue or indeed customers. These are all facts I'm afraid. I wish they weren't!

This question says it all. Where is the revenue we were promised in 2024? That's about all gardin has specifically promised. He has failed investors dismally. We haven't made any money from this fairy tale but he certainly has method C working for himself - C ,for Coining it in !

Jaglith, you say the next placing as a criticism, if 500k gets this working then .25 will be a bargain. Combined with other finance we could see a big increase in the sp. Well suggested!

Jaglith, I think your a bit silly really. I answered this yesterday, your quite rude and inaccurate about GH . Canmax, obviously not only respect him but trust him to get Roachs hunk of scrap working. Hence the 6 month extension. Also contained in the interview was that a number of parties are interested in by the below standard product we've got hidden in the garage and more importantly financing the company in the long term. This is definite progress and whatsmore means that for the next six months represents the company as an oncoming concern.

You're prediction that the company would go into admin and can max would take it over for free was completely inaccurate. Now Roach has been removed the company is beginning to evolve properly both financially and on the production front. If that gets going then this company will become extremely attractive to investors and the sp will move accordingly!

One last question jag,why did can max not take the whole thing over in 2025?
