I think aim is pretty corrupt, I hope some will make a few quid out of this deal but calidus has been walked down for months, and now aim have wiped off 90% of any profit stay long holders would of gained by the de murger, people played there hand and maybe got mislead/didn't understand the deadlines, big boys games, just got to suck it up and stop *****ing, most of us have been having our pants pulled down on aim for years, next thing I am fully expecting is a placing in relation to funding for something or other, I do think Russell and co have played a blinder with the Togo licence, for once, they have held back in anticipation of this drop so we still have a pick me up when things stabalise, we surely will see a bit of low volume again tomorrow and a more peaceful day, have all the old guard survived ????
Don't worry, I still know my place, not enough alcohol in the world to make me brave enough to have my own opinion at home, that's why I set my business up, so somebody had to listen to me ;-D
Let's hope distribution of calidus works out well for everyone, I think at present cai/krs prices, for anyone buying in now, keras would have to drop 60% ish to not make a profit, thought more volume would be here????
Xo, they are part of Jarvis investments, they (xo) are share brokers, and will not trade on the asx, so anyone that holds keras with them, all calidus shares are to be sold as soon as transferred. I wouldn't worry , bit of fluctuation for a few days is all, and all my actions let alone posts are alcohol induced, I'm married it's my only route to sanity :-D
If anyone trades with execution only share dealing, they are selling calidus shares on the 26th of November and crediting your account with the cash, they won't hold asx shares. Not sure if calidus is being held back a bit until this is out of the way? Seems cheap to me ????
Haha your bunker has been breached on many occasions from what I've heard oil ;-D ,
I was trying to secure a spot for my dog more than anything, maybe the old faithful hideaway will be opening its doors to your good lady very soon, when this bad boy starts spewing out the money ?????
The point I'm making is.... stop making promises that can't be guaranteed, it's naive at best and not the way forward. I also don't agree with the it's ours statement. Until it's signed by all parties it's not ours surely? Not putting a downer on things, just get so bored with reliability issues over the last 5 years. I think this time it will get sorted and soon, but Russell save yourself needless emails asking why no rns within the week that was stated. That's all. Not trying to wind anyone up so all good
Keras anticipates that the all documentation related to the Exploitation Permit will be signed by SGM and Keras during the course of the current week, and a full announcement of the terms of the Permit and the underlying protocols will be made immediately after signature.
I reckon we just keep kicking ourselves up the arse with permit promises that always slip. Slide back to 0.4p if it doesn't come this week. Come on Russell
Hi oil, still in, must admit I thought keras were going to the wall aftee share distribution at calidus, been waiting an 8th of my life for this news haha. Will be extremely happy when it's finalised and in our possession. I take it you got back in, oil? GLA AND well done andee for keeping the faith ;-)
I don't buy it, around 18 to 19 mining permits per year are granted in togo, so either we (ferex/keras) are not fulfilling our obligations to warrant the mining permit or it's another red herring, just like, we are waiting for the presidential elections to be finished and once Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé is elected we will have the mining license very quickly, that must be 3 years ago now. As I've said before, I spoke to Russell in person when he 1st took over and was told it's a matter of weeks not months. For some reason we are not being told anywhere near the truth about the manganese project or mining permit. Everything has gone deathly quiet about bulk sampling and our mysterious company that "fully funded" the project to production, even though we dilute again and receive no cash from bulk sampling, as far as I'm concerned we could of dragged some Muppet out of McDonald's to do the calidus updates, which is all it seems our new leader is doing.
What do you think is going to happen with keras, Jim? You've been here forever and give a pretty measure opinion, I remember defending this share against lots of idiots over the years, but feel like, who really is the idiot. I can't work out if this share works or disappears off the face of lse in the not to distant future?
Well, I spoke to Russell either 18 months ago or 3 years I can't remember which and can't be arsed to look, anyway he had just taken over, called in person and told me the permit is weeks away rather than months, still peddling the same stuff as far as I can see. What a shame, really hard to justify the appointment for what has actually been achieved by Russell. Money for old rope springs to mind. Hopefully we will get a half decent lump of shares in calidus , I'll be 100% selling my keras, when it comes through, you can't blame DR for jumping ship, and trying his luck with calidus. Always a tick up before a placing , stupidly I thought it was in anticipation of the mining license that I have no confidence in ever landing now. Really looking shoddy. And togo HAVE been issuing permits year on year so it's either our shortcomings or we don't have a viable project really and are treading water until distribution and then a big slump. Keras has nothing without calidus. Scary! Luckily I'm only 18k down I'm sure others are heavier in the red.
At long last we may of found ourselves in the right place at the right time, just wish the mining license had landed already, got to be more to it than we've been led to believe, licenses are being issued and they work on a first come first served basis, you'd think after 3 or more years we'd be very close to the top of that list? Haha GLA
How you've stayed so upbeat through everything is beyond me lol, seems a step forward and good news, not doing cartwheels just yet, as the last time the permit was imminent was about 3 years ago . Fingers crossed it really does land before wet season this year. GLA it's been a long long long road
Good to see some of the old guard still posting, I keep looking in from time to time to see if anything mining permit related is happening and also can anyone recall how the share distribution was said to be happening? I need to reed up again I'm a bit rusty, but I can't help thinking calidus is being held down until after escrow, it seemed to get walked down blatantly for that reason in my eyes. Don't think anyone could call what the next 6 to 9 months holds here????? Anyway keep the faith what else can we do . GLA
I think many are getting a bit obsessed by the sp on and hourly basis, a couple of rns's ago it was said the share price needed to remain a bit more stable as aim was running a muck with unrealistic rises and drops, someone has had a smacked bottom and I don't see much more than pretty much sideways movement until arbitration is sorted or private talks. And to go back to someone saying new drill programme will start before an agreement is made, I personally don't see it, that the reason we are in talks, we were owed for works carried out. Why on earth would you risk the same thing happening again???? Imo. Sit tight and keep adding when funds allows is how I see it. GLA only time will tell
Why bigbench? I think we are at best weeks away from any news on arbitration talks and can't see anything else being released until we have a plan and agreement to move forward with, big rise was mostly changers hoping for a big rerate short term, I think more likely to drop back to .25 ish level until news, I got back in prematurely at .32 but will keep adding until the next wave of pump and dump. Just my opinnion GLA
