I can confirm I have made a complaint to Finncap namely Sam Smith and Stuart Andrews in relation to the company sitting on the ask all Thursday/Friday with umpteen opportunities for the SP to tick up beyond £1.

Why are we being held back? it does not sit comfortable with me at all.

Finncap, who have added no value as a house broker for Omega... you have been called out and I will be taking this further if they do not have the decency to respond.

We should not have to accept that it "just AIM". We all have an investment here, and if things do not stack up, we should at least request why they are doing it.

I am simply a guy who took steps to build a professional relationship with Colin post vaccine news when the SP was on it's a**e (40 odd pence). It became apparent that he is actually a CEO who cares not only about his staff/Omega etc but also the Investors.

Throughout this time I have sent him questions which he has answered without fail - for anybody to call me a "fraud" falls short of complete and utter ineptitude. Funny thing is, I am not some computer whizzkid with a huge IQ, just simply a guy who owns a small business and has a family. This is why I want nothing more, than for all holders to have a 360 degree view of Omega which has caused the trolls etc to become frustrated.

Anybody can take 2 seconds to see I have twitter and have always remained positive since early last year on Omega and the progress they have been making.

Personal insults, I will take in my stride, but I do wonder why some people sit up and 2am on a Saturday night slandering a company on the brink of life changing news.

We are so fortunate to have a company who are happy to communicate freely via the CEO/twitter (which is mostly brainstormed by Paul @ walbrook) amongst other avenues. I have filtered most of the bad eggs on here as they provide "white noise" and communicating with them will only provide more oxygen to their poison. (please do not give them a platform).

Something tangible such as a £8bn DHSC is perhaps the catalyst the market were looking for before ii's start pouring into Covid stocks, but I do feel as if £2.50 (my personal target) will be achieved.

I am a shareholder like yourself (if you even hold shares) who became pro-active and built a professional relationship with the CEO of omega diagnostics to help bridge the gap between shareholders and the company. Try having some manners.

Evening All,

We should all be very proud and privileged to have held Omega Shares throughout their transitional period stepping up to 250 employees. The ride has been a tough one, with many selling out. As you can see from the last few weeks Omega have been trying to spell it out to us and hey presto, an £8bn tender pops up.

Extending testing to all workplaces this morning was another sure sign that we are poised for significant orders for at least 2 years in my view.

I find it calamitous that some parasites are trying to have Covid shares suspended on Monday as they anticipate a rally and all the shorter's will have their pants set on fire.

March/April should allow us to see a significant re-rate of the SP. I hope we all get the gains that we hoped for and more. I will be having a whisky tonight in memory of the shorter's/trolls/JAdam

I still find it incredibly ignorant for people to become frustrated considering the road map of this business.

Step back to March last year when the SP was 7p, omega have had to completely re-jig their business model to cater for Covid. Do we really think the government contracts will be short term ? And Omega have also of recent started evidencing the strong long term requirements of antibody testing.

We are fully equipped to scale up/down the manufacture of both.

For the record, I topped up today, something I did not expect to be doing at this stage considering we have a government contract in our back pocket which will be announced in the near future.

Volume wise today, the MM’s had the perfect opportunity to drop the SP and the fear it causes results in sells/stop losses being triggered.

There has been a steady churn consecutively in the 40/50/60/70/80 regions and once the fundamentals are through we will breach all time highs no doubt.

The AIM market is all about mental strength, patience and belief in the fundamentals... and this all stems from having a CEO we can believe in.

It’s been hard at times no doubt, but throwing the toys out the pram adds no value at all.

We are poised to become a huge UK diagnostic business for many years to come.

Timescales for Covid I have seen varied from experts ranging from 2 years/10 years and I am yet to hear of a solution to eradicate the virus and all the variants....so how long will this last?

So in my view, anybody who believes that Omega have been asked to scale up on staff/machinery/down tools on other aspects of the business for a few months must be looking for a cheaper entry point or completely ignorant or called Kev...

Today is a bad day across the markets...cannot always have good days. No point even worrying.

I asked Colin just to clarify the current position with the government contract today just to help keep newbies and current holders truly aware of the situation:-

We have the contract in place, that was what we announced
What we are waiting on is confirmation of what test they want us to manufacture and once confirmed then then orders will flow once transfer complete
What I mentioned re 30 days is that government have to indicate a potential value of the contract and make this public - that has to happen within 30 days from when we the agreement was signed is my understanding Hope this helps

As revenue can be expected to increase from March due to Government demand for manufacture of Covid testing, is there any plan or intention to continue the development of the allergy product range?
We announced last year that we have made the strategic decision to stop Allergy development and focus our development teams on lateral flow tests.  Allergy is no longer part of our long term strategy
 
What are Marshalls building on the site in Alva? Is Omega expanding the footprint? Is there any intention to have Omegas Alva site named on Google maps? Any chance of a shareholders meeting in the Harviestoun Brewery on the other side of Lockdown?

Whilst we know about ambitions to scale to 2m/week, half of which is using the govt loaned equipment, is there any plans to anticipate demand and look to scale the private side beyond what we have? I know procuring this necessary kit has a several months lead time and given the duration of the pandemic is relatively short i.e not going to need current volumes for a decade it is useful to know if you have out order in for machinery already.
Our current focus is to get the operations up to 2m and once we have achieved that and have visibility on demand etc we will decide on next steps
 
The govt antigen order is clearly dynamic in volume but are they covering other overheads like staff if they don't end up ordering as much as is anticipated?

In part yes and our connections via the UK-RTC antibody test

Why did we decide to loan equipment instead of buying – helped preserve our cash and was something that DHSC offered as part of contract
What inpact does loaning equipment have on the bottom line – minimal impact if any on the bottom line.
 
Just a tad worried that the rhetoric now is that we have the capacity “when a test is ready” and that Mologic  TT has lost momentum. 
Can assure you that Mologic TT remains a key focus for the site.
 

Could you ask what building works are proposed in the car park at Alva as per Crober’s photos today on Twitter. 

The site is made up of three separate units, we had two of these units which were connected a few years ago. Early last year we took possession of the third unit as part of our expansion plans. This new unit is where the Government equipment will be used and the work we have commenced is to link this unit to the other two, which will allow easier product flow between buildings
 
 The rights issue outlined an intention to use £2.7m to develop a test for Cryptococcal meningitis and a TB-LAM test to diagnose T.B. in people living with HIV. As no mention of either of these was made in the recent finnCap note, how are these going? Are they still planned or has the cash had to be assigned elsewhere due to the shortfall in revenue and lower than expected cash balance?
Work has commenced on both these projects,  they are very much in the early phase and a key first step is to produce raw materials that will provide a competitive edge, that is currently our key focus.

Has there been any development in this estimate, what is our expected projected market share, what are we doing at present to further this? For example, inclusion in the national HIV algorithm in Nigeria.
We have mentioned in previous investor presentations that we expect demand for our CD4 test within the next 3 to 5 years to reach between 4 to 6 million tests per annum.  This estimate is supplied by CHAI/UNITAID
 
In the RNS it stated "Potential orders have been delayed due to COVID-19 outbreak and the Company's distributor estimates further progress in late summer 2020." Has there been any further progress?
Unfortunately there hasn’t been any significant progress with this format of the test, although our distributor continues to engage with the Nigerian Ministry of Health.
 
With reference to the supply agreement with CHAI, " Company now awaits confirmation of demand from eligible countries under the agreement." Any news?
As mentioned in the recent trading update - 7-10 countries are expected to have initiated roll out plans for the test by the financial year-end i.e, March with further countries expected to join the program in Qtr 1. 
 

Tooling - Can you please ask Colin to confirm what form the loan tooling takes? My assumption is that it is injection moulding tooling.
Not sure I understand the question – the government are loaning us equipment to produce lateral flow tests – the equipment they are loaning will allow end to end process of the tests

I had previously mentioned our target was early in the New Year and once we complete these activities we will provide an update via a RNS

27 countries update with us breaking away from 15th feb break date is there any updates on expected sales?
Abingdon and CIGA are making good progress in these countries, in terms of completing registrations (which are required before you can sell) and in-country discussions in preparation of receiving these approvals. I am sure that as soon as there is something meaningful the consortium will advise the markets

Do you anticipate the government trying to squeeze on margins, Due to government giving the loan of equipment ?
We are happy with the terms of the contract and that we will receive a fair price for the work we undertake for the Government

Sales team still active in India ?
They are still active, their main focus is on our food intolerance business. Pricing for COVID tests have become very low in India and therefore focus is on other countries to drive demand

Do you have any insight on the performance evaluation of the Mologic test?
Initial data that we have seen looks very promising and I am sure Mologic will publish this data once it has been peer reviewed.

Maybe see if he’ll clarify that the government equipment is taking omega from 1m LFTs pw to 2m LFTs pw. The placing funds should have only taken us to 1m LFTs pw, so I’d assume that’s the case but some clarification would be good

What news is expected to be released first and in what time frame.
Difficult to predict what will come first between announcement of DHSC test or CE Marking of Visitect/Mologic antigen test. We are not in control of DHSC test timing


I'd appreciate it if you could ask Colin if any rapid antigen LFT's have passed the DHSC evaluation ?
As far as I am aware the only UK test to date is the SureScreen test but there are a few currently under going evaluation of which Mologic is one of them.

Would be interesting to know Colin’s thoughts on dividends e.g. would the company propose to pay a dividend in 2021 given the potential significant amount of profit we could be generating on 2 million tests a week. If so, what would be the indicative timing and amount per share.

This is not something the board has discussed as yet

The TT/Contracts etc etc will bring the SP to where it needs to be regardless of the "White noise" that comes with it.

No, I am not going to sit and discuss Directors selling, as in a few days it will be forgotten.

I am now switching off to enjoy the night with my family. We know we are near to contract completion with the government and it looks as if everything is falling nicely into place.

Once the SP re-rates, you will not see these peasants for dust. At the moment, it's like being in the School ground with bullies all trying to intimidate...but even worse it's over a keyboard. Once Omega shine through, we will never see them again.

I had a very quick scroll at the messages on here and they are beyond belief and I am truly disgusted.

If any of the Directors wish to sell their shares it has nothing to do with us and certainly does not coincide with the direction the business is heading in.

Colin King will not be selling any shares in the forceable future and no wonder!

The thing that makes me laugh is how quickly things change dependant on the SP. I topped up today for the record and have every confidence in the business short/medium and long term.

The clowns who sit on their arse all day contriving up stories to place fear into individuals are not worth worrying about. I am really looking forward to watching this all unfold.

I have bought from 30p all the way up and greatly respect anybody who has held their nerve (especially when we were at the 40's on vaccine news and beyond).

JAdam- you seem to have turned the needle to anti-omega all of a sudden and you actually sound quite the parasite.

In all my time on this earth, I have always believed that transparency and trust are two key fundamentals. You will often get people who are highly intelligent yet posses zero common sense. I actually respected you until your last post.

Today is “white noise”, They are entitled to sell off shares, these things happen. If you truly believe that it’s due to figures not stacking up they have sold due to this then you really are not are smart as the hundreds of hours you have spent on this board providing positive energy.

If Colin had sold his shares then yet I would inevitably feel stark concern. To be honest, I would not be surprised if he put his hand in his pocket at these prices considering the contract they are excitedly awaiting.

They are an up and coming business who are not used to having to mollycoddle investors weekly and they are learning on every experience be it good or bad.

Excellent news on the employees increasing by 50%, excellent news that we are holding cash reserves and excellent news that we are finally near the starting point.

Hi All,

First thing I would like to say is there are only small pockets of time where Directors can buy or sell. 2 of the Directors had requirements to sell for various reasons which are personal to them and potentially time critical.

Has Colin sold any? No... and why would he, they are about to have a large government contract placed on their desk
