Tate just had a takeover offer finalised this morning at 615 with GLG losing over £2m on their short position

It happens and they seem to be obsessed with adding here.

Imagine an offer of £5.50 here they would be absolutely destroyed

Would welcome a bid - we are hovering around 252 which is the lowest the SP has ever been.

Shorts would get a real good kick in the nuts. They are really going for it driving this down

Personally I don’t mind a debate on a share forum and tend not to block people however for me this Rocka is an exception.

A few weeks ago he clearly bought after weeks of slagging the company off to then claim he had inside news and the share price would rocket (lies)

He has again clearly sold to then spending his day berating the company.

Currently I hold a decent volume of shares which to be honest is outside my comfort zone. However, Adrian has brought the business back from the ashes so to speak bringing in healthy margins again.

I recall buying shares at c3p not too many years ago and to have raised funding at 13p I take my hat off to him.

I’m holding ultimately for Optimal and will hopefully de-risk an element of my shareholding upon the conclusion of the NCI deal.

Silence is not always a bad thing and yes I had hoped for news sooner than where we are at just now, however I will hold out on the belief that they are driving the business forward in the background.

To the shareholders I hope we do receive material news soon and good luck to all.

It was clear as day on Friday that they snuffed out the 3.5 percent rise.

I do wonder what there plan is from here- I’m sure they expected a huge red day today.

350 is still a laughable SP for vistry

Considering the 3.5percent drop yesterday the increase makes perfect sense

Another blue day tomorrow could push them to start buying back. Hopefully back over 300 sooner rather than later

Rough calculations show GLG made a loss of almost £8.9million on their GLG short

Also their spire healthcare loss is currently +£3m which could run to £7m

As much as people fear a company having shorts when it goes

All the information is being re-hashed and manipulated to look a lot worse than it is.
