I agree this ain't for holding long term however, a lot ain't changed over the last few days infact nothing has changed just an interim ceo trying to look busy by saying he's going to justify his job by poking his nose around all the processes.

I have worked in many many places in my life where ceos like him drift around trying to skim overheads being paid a kings ransom whilst the actual workers save their arse picking up the mess they create.

It would be interesting to see what percentage of turnover is attributed from Kroger if say at the end of the year they did wish to cancel down. Personally I feel the clown that is the interim CEO at Kroger has simply said a few things to make himself look important which has resulted in the short attack

If he had any balls or credence he could at least confirm the relationship with Ocado is indeed working (as evidenced in their results) which in itself would turn this ship back to where it was the other day. But from looking at his picture he looks spineless and will more than likely not say a peep.

Surely Ocado directors must be livid with what he has said and again if they had any backbone should clarify if there is indeed any substance to the comments he made (which again are not directly negative or positive towards Ocado )

I only bought in here yesterday after researching how volatile this stock is with all the shorting.

I would love a takeover rumour to hit this share which would smoke the shorts and there is a chance of that you are all smug thinking that will never come.

Shorters have done amazing out of this however we are sitting at 240 which is near the all time low and considering the company is expecting positive cash flow next year I would be very careful from here

Remember this is an interim ceo who is attempting to make his mark and ask you stated Kroger have invested interests in Ocado

I think the drop today was completely over the top imo

They haven't signalled anything - show me where they have actually factually signalled this.

You should read the transcript as it's to do with every element not just Ocado

Also need to remember that only 8 sites are currently live with Kroger and the partnership they currently have will only remain if growth continues

I bought in here for the first time today. Half year results are solid and they are looking to hit a positive cash flow in 2026
