Low volume is a great opportunity for these shorting buffoons to manipulate the SP

Persimmon opened 1.3 percent up and is now about to be red. Absolutely disgusting if you ask me the shorters. I would happily slap every one of the crooks

Stanley - Vistry have an update soon where the CEO Greg Fitzgerald purchased £500k in shares last week

You know how these shares work, people lose interest and suddenly sentiment comes back.

Holding and will top up on any silly drops

Today will be a strong day GDP construction up 1.2 percent along with vistry acquiring a site allowing for 2300 homes

Start of the uptrend me thinks :)

Vistry to be over 700 pre there TU

Added more at 617 this moves quick on good news

I would expect the bellway update to be positive tomorrow along with persimmons on Wednesday

Would be great if it was the catalyst for a bull run

Yup happy to be nice as long as we are all singing from the same hymn sheet

Been on these house builder boards before where shorters etc love to talk absolute nonsense and not even worth the time or energy

Hoping for a nice run into September with ourselves and bellway updating this week

Bellway had an excellent TU and are also due to provide another update this week

The fact Greg ploughed £500k into vistry this week evidences his confidence on there September TU

Would hope this week is the start of the re-rate. Historical trading update for Persimmon was also good

Bought in large here persimmon and Taylor wimpey the last couple of days- divi for pers/wimpey but now is where Vistry will truly shine. They always stated this period would be where the business starts to motor on

Holding for 800 which will come this year imo

HB's have been smashed down but as cyclical as they are they always come back to life
