Fjones - all I can assure you is that our notes will be more honest and accurate than what you have posted this evening. You are trying to convince everyone you are a great bloke and the three attendees are out to rip all shareholders off but you have no proof or explanation how this could be done. Over the past 4 years you have done axactly zero to help shareholders. At least I have made some effort.

Notes will obviously be taken, I really thought this was a taken. No recordings will be taken. Hopefully we will come away with some agreed wording that can then be voted on at the AGM which would then make them binding.

Fjones40 - please explain how the attendees could make money out of this meeting. You admit you have never been to an EGM or AGM. Do you honestly think the board are going to say, look lads keep it stum, we are about to be bought out. You are coming across as completely clueless. The board are also in a closed period.

Fjones40 - just read your own posts, if you cannot see it all well and good. Also if you think all this arguing is helping improve shareholders position within Solo you are mistaken. I very much hope you make money in this share and lessons will be learnt.

Fjones40 - your aggressive attitude to three holders that are giving up their own time and funding their own travel expenses is fairly remarkable. On what I have heard from you tonight, which includes many inaccurate assumptions and outright rudeness I would be extremely surprised if you were not ejected from a Solo meeting if you were to attend. You seem intent on stopping this meeting which will certainly not be in shareholders interest. Think very carefully as you seem to be taking out your frustration on those who are genuinely trying to improve the situation.
