Great news, we have already obtained over 5% support for calling an EGM. I have e mailed Solos PR company, as NR will not now take e mails, requesting they give me, what they will require as proof of holdings. Will come back on this as soon as possible. I would like all here involved in pulling an agenda together, small holders as well as large.

fjones40 - it is not just about what or what is not happening today, it is more about ensuring NR does not just blow the money without shareholders approval. Do not send a kid to a sweet shop with his pockets full of money

Only 5 mill more shares required for EGM. Will need proof of holding at some point, so only support if willing to divulge this to me privately.

Less than 7 mill shares required to force an EGM Need a few more large holders to come forward with support

Need to keep the amount of holders to a minimum for admin purposes. Any holders with over 1 mill shares that supports a possible EGM please post

Hi LUCKYLIZ, good to hear from you. The main difference is this time we would be doing it on a formal basis with proof of holdings. Say 5 investors attending a meeting with the backing of many more. I am not saying that this will resolve all the issues, but it will make the board stand up and listen. Are you still holding the same as last yearns would you be happy to privately send proof of your holdings to me. Thanks

I believe it is now 5% of shareholders that is required to call an EGM. Anyone have a different answer please post. I can find just over 2.5% so need a further 10 million shares. Ideal if anyone with over say 2 million would show their support.

Any large shareholders on the board that would supply, privately, evidence of holdings. We would then be in a strong position to call an EGM if necessary at short notice. Feel free to privately message me. The admin involved in formally bringing all shareholders together would be a nightmare. BUT the intention would be to let everyone put their views in the cooking pot.

Solo holders - it is likely that Solos AGM will be announced in the next 4 - 6 weeks, last year it was held around 24th July. More than ever before it is crucial that NR hands are tied and his pockets firmly stitched up. He cannot be allowed to dilute further to purchase speculative far off ventures. It would be good to somehow group our shares together in a more formal way that would enable us to persuade the Board to take decisions that were in EXISTING share holders interests. It will be to late once the AGM has been announced so now is the time to gather support. Your comments would be welcome.
