Just before the AGM NR emailed me his commitment concerning further expenditure. In my opinion he has gone back on what was agreed. Until such time as the Ruvuma asset in Tanzania can be monetised it is not the intention of the Board to make any new or additional investments within or beyond the existing portfolio without shareholder approval. Should a compelling new investment outside the existing portfolio present itself in the next 6 months the Board will seek shareholder approval for any such investment before proceeding.

NR will not be influential on the success of either HH or NT3. Either the gas and oil is in the ground and extractable or not. Somehow his pockets need to be stitched up in the meantime. The assets are still great unlike NRs business decisions. The wait continues.

Both boards are toxic at present. Great shame

I have contacted our NOMAD regarding the comments below made by Ben Romney. I really struggle to see how there is no conflict of interest. This should be investigated further IMO. �With regards to your comment regarding RPT, the Nomad confirmed that they did not deem this transaction to be a RPT and will gladly verify this to you on request. Had the transaction been deemed RPT then wording would have been included in the release to that effect.�

Kejoglo- the difference is some of us see good as well as bad and do not have alternative motives.

With Hargreaves States TXO Plc's Nominated Advisor will resign on 20 February 2015. If a replacement Advisor has not been found by 23 February 2015 the Shares will be suspended on that date. If no replacement is found within a month of the suspension, the Shares will be delisted from AIM. It is therefore not possible to purchase any units in this stock online. Can anyone advise
