Do you think this is wrong. If I was running her company I would not be buying additional assets until I monitorised tanzania. Again you think this is wrong

mjapac - NR needs to be moved into a different position within the company IMO. One where he does not have the final say on financial matters. There are many ways to find a new CEO one of which is what happened in LGO. Would you rather he just carries on diluting and authoring unjust salaries!

The BOD have the option to amend the AGM resolutions put forward recently to reflect shareholders sentiment, or if not, we will vote against the dilution resolutions and then we will have the option to have a vote of no confidence if the group so wishes.

The Companies Act 2006 gives shareholders the authority to have a copy of the shareholders register. I have requested this from Solo and as I understand will have this soon. This will be useful when ensuring voting is fair and accurate.

We will also be questioning the loan of £749,000 shown on this years accounts which Solo lent to HHDL and we will be scrutinising the Board regarding their unjust salaries that were taken last year, some £850,000 in total.

Yeah about the same amount as the boards salary. This needs questioning

We have requested the board amends the resolutions which more more reflect what was discussed at the recent meeting. We will give them a few days to consider this and if they are unwilling to alter these, we would, subject to the action groups approval, request an EGM with new agreed resolutions. I am also waiting for a copy of the Solo Share register so I can ensure the votes tally up with what is announced at any AGM or EGM as I have my suspicions last years voting was inaccurate.

Yes need name and holding as can then ensure you are on the Solo share register when voting for resolutions. I think many votes last year somehow went astray

how the hell do you know what paper loss I am carrying. Pretty much guarantee in money terms it is 25 times what you are down. Try and put some useful input into the board instead of just trying to pick holes in the two posters who are actually trying to make a difference

Yes I am fully aware how NR was removed from LGO. I actually attended a LGO meeting with the guy who orchestrated it all about a month before it happened.
