Could whoever is running the Shareholders group provide an update as to when last was an attempt made to contact the Board and what avenue was this communication sent via. I personally feel shareholders should be doing more to at least receive some kind of an update that obviously does not jeopardise and legal shenanigans.

I have helped to remove the BOD from both LGO ( now Columbus) and Solo Oil. Both companies have now very well respected members on the both Boards. If I had the time I would do the same here. Anyone that thinks this Board has bought Shareholder value is lying. I have stated what is required.

Nearly all AIM companies consolidate in order to hide dilution from future investors. Approximately 90 percent of AIM companies that consolidate then see there Share price drop considerably and many never recover above the SP at the time of consolidation.

How do you know they cannot raise funds without consolidation.

Unless proof of holdings is obtained it’s not worth posting holdings on the BB. I know from experience

The only way forward would be to group together 5% - 15% of holders into an action group and then in the next week contact the board and demand a meeting. If they refuse a meeting then request an EGM.

mr. James - if consolation goes ahead at 100 - 1 this could easily lose another 75percent from today’s SP

Unfortunately, I do not have the time at present to collate all the necessary information. I am happy to liaise with a holder that has the ability and time to do this task. Once done, I would then be happy to meet management with other willing holders.

Pressure to stop consolidation needs to happen before the AGM.

To force an EGM we would need 527,300,000 shares. This in my opinion would be very easy to reach.
An e mail address would need to be set up and proof of holdings would need to be sent with full name of holder

A few years ago I managed to get enough holders together to block dilution on Solo Oil. The CEO was issuing shares like confetti. Maybe this needs to happen here. I’m holding just under 60 million and I’m 80 percent down. The shares will be worthless a few months after consolidation, seen it do many times before.
