Cavendish - good news must be very painful for you to read.

I struggle to get my head around posters who invest in a share and then constantly criticise everything about the stock. Even if one was losing money on a stock it would make little sense to in effect tell potential investors to not touch it with a barge poll. We all know Solo has been through a rough ride, but so has 95% of all AIM stocks. In the next three months we are due news on the Dutch deal, H1 IPO and drilling and Ruvuma licences and hopefully what was NT3. If we hit even 2 out of 3 I’m pretty sure Solo’s SP will hit new highs. In today’s money that 20p plus. We now have a very experienced board in place and if certain posters can’t see the importance of this, along with the potential in the assets we hold, so be it. For all genuine holders out there, watch this space in Q1 2020. GLA

Rest assured that this update is a mere formality. The Company does not currently have a formal broker following the termination of Shore, and Peel Hunt and Canaccord are only due to assume that formal position upon completion of any deal. As such Strand have stepped into that role to fulfil regulatory requirements while the company remains in suspension.

Please note that the company will make a further statement to market regarding the deal when there are meaningful developments.

Just as well we didn’t go ahead with the additional 10% Purchase of H1, think the price Ritson had agreed was £3 million in cash or £4 million in a mix of shares and cash. IPO looks like just over £10 million.

Would be better to pick up the extra 10% at the IPO price, saving of £3 mill.

Ian Stalker mentioned Solo holds 10% of H1. Thought we owned 13.8% at last count.

Helium One continues to proceed towards an ASX listing but timing now likely February 2020. That does not however jeopardise drilling in 2020 so we see an attractive potential value trigger within 12 months. The company has no cost exposure and are prepared to be patient.

We seem to be missing two or three posters this morning.

Hi Chris, that is more than likely what the announcement will be. The issue is we need the Board to communicate with shareholders when expected deadlines are not met.

I confirm that an update will be issued prior to xmas.

Is anyone else holding FRR stock with SVS. They went bust in August and due to the fact I can’t get share certificates I’m wondering how they will be dealt with. Cheers

Solo have so far raised / spent around £20,000,000 on their Tanzanian assets over the past 10 years. If licences are granted and drills go to plan, I would value our 25% at a minimum of £100 million. This would equate to a share price of around 15p. Add H1 and the new Dutch deal and one would hope to see 20p plus possibly by Easter 2020. Considering pre consolidation this would of been only 1p I feel this a very realistic target.

As you can imagine there are a lot of moving parts and we are working on an update for all shareholders. We appreciate you and your fellow shareholders are eager for news however request shareholders maintain a bit more patience until we are in a position to update the market.
