Collective power1 Nov 2020 10:35
The one and only thing we had going for us was the collective power of the many shareholders, that have been well and truly shafted. We have not used that power in any shape or form which is a great shame. Zaza probably can’t believe his luck that all frontera shareholders have just sat back and accepted the total lack of communication. Shareholders by now should of had some type of legal representation. We are, between us losing millions, probably tens of millions. A fund should have been set up cover this similar to the translation fund. Unfortunately, there are influencing posters on here that are very against any action and therefore will shout this option down. Sometimes I wonder what their actual motive is. I am not saying we need to, at present take legal action against the board, I’m saying we need to know what our legal position is. Again, certain posters will try and tell us where we stand legally - personally I would rather hear this from an experienced specialised commercial lawyer. By the time we decide this action is necessary, it will probably be far too late. I attempted to set up a shareholder group when we were delisted, but then was told we already had one. In hindsight I should continued with this as at least we would have gone down fighting.
