6 As to the ’913 Patent, Defendants are correct that Aries inadvertently erroneously omitted the final sentence of the patent’s first claim in Complaint ¶ 65. Motion, at 17-18. However, Aries’ minor error does not warrant dismissal of the claim in its entirety, particularly as Aries included the entire ’913 Patent as Exhibit 4, including its full claim set, thereby providing Defendants with adequate notice of the alleged infringed claim’s full scope. Feels like we are being held back slightly due to forward selling the recent warrants. As soon as these clear we should be attacking 3p once more. Very similar pattern to when the last warrants were issued.

Trades are also worked and filled sometimes over several days and then the average of many smaller transactions are posted usually after trading ends. It’s often impossible to see if the trade is a buy of a sell other than the direction of the SP during the period it was worked.

Kedco plc ("Kedco" or the "Group"), an Irish-based energy group focusing on green energy production in the UK and Ireland, is pleased to announce that the Group's Ordinary Shares have today been admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") under the trading symbol KED.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission is 199,446,480 which gives Kedco plc a market capitalisation of approximately €34.9 million at the Admission Price of 17.5 cents per share.

Kedco specialises in the generation of electrical power from sustainable fuel sources. The Group sources technologies (including gasification and anaerobic digestion power plants) for sale to a customer base which comprises medium sized waste operators, local municipal authorities, food companies and agricultural operators. Kedco has identified more than 25 specific opportunities within the UK and Ireland to establish partnerships with these customers to own and operate electrical generation plants which convert waste into energy. Kedco aims to benefit from the long-term recurring revenue streams generated by the sale of the electricity these plants will produce.

The success stories were not all health-related, however. EQTEC PLC (LON:EQTEC) and Powerhouse Energy Group PLC (LON:PHE), two renewable energy specialists, had fantastic years; the former was up 854% and the latter up 1,230%.

While it was a torrid year for the fossil fuel-based energy firms, there was a feeling that renewable energy companies’ time has come, as governments look to funnel investment into infrastructure projects to reflate their economies while at the same time work towards hitting zero-carbon targets.

There have been posts recently stating Eqtec historic share price. As many will be aware this is irrelevant as it depends on how many shares were in circulation at the time. I have gone back 6 years and calculated the actual market cap which is far more relevant.

The uncrossing trade should not indicate the closing price. The closing price is the mid point between bid and ask. Today’s closing price was 1.275.

At 8am we will be around 8% up to reflect this ( unless there is news )

neoned - I’m quickly approaching a seven figure holding in this stock and I’m not talking about share numbers. I originally purchased at 5p many years back and have averaged down ever since, finally bringing my average down to around 0.6p. This IMO is a once in a lifetime opportunity to really hit the big time as I can realistically see 8p - 10p by the end of 2021. Yes its difficult not to run with the profit, but to be honest I don’t know where I’d reinvest the money where the outlook is so great. Stick with it, 2021 should be transformational. GLA

Esta56 - spot on. We opened higher than we should have due to the end of play uncrossing trade yesterday and we closed lower due to the same reason today. Tomorrow we will open around 2-3% up to correct this.
