Mole - I note your comments. Are you practicing in commercial law! If not, do you not feel shareholders are entitled to the view of a specialist lawyer that will no doubt be far more knowledgeable than any of us. Maybe you have already taken legal advice on the matter, that I do not know.

All I do know, is that the likely outcome is, that between us we will lose tens of millions of pounds and to not take any proper legal advice would seem outrageous.

Initially why not just sound out all the members, see what level of support is there. Could also informally discuss with lawyers to see which company would suit our needs best. This would be a no cost exercise

The FSG was set up, on behalf of shareholders. They have contact information for all members. Surely it would be a sensible move to find out how many members would be interested in joining together to form an action group, discussing the case with lawyers and then deciding what road to go down. If in a few weeks time we find out we are all shareholders in the new company all well and good. If not, at least we will have taken a few steps towards fighting back.

Mole - I was instructed by FSG 18 months ago in effect to not rock the boat as they knew what they were doing. Well IMO they have got pretty much nowhere. Individuals such as Looed have achieved far far more. Maybe those who thought they were in the NO were not quite as close to Zara as they thought. I wished now I had not listened to those who seemed scared to say boo to a goose. Maybe, just maybe shareholder would at least of been kept in the loop and we would know legally where we stood. No need for a reply as it’s now lots of cash under the bridge and straight in the sewer.

Shareholders should have got legal representation. No one seems to know where we stand and we are making it too easy for Zaza to screw us over.

Surely Zaza cannot just set up a new company and transfer our assets into this new entity without including existing shareholders. If this has been done, shareholders need to take immediate legal advice on the matter.

Just always worrying that Zaza cannot be straight and honest with the investors that kept the company solvent for so many years. Are we involved / invested in new outfit or not. Simple question.
