I looked at this company before it came to market whilst watching Zenova plc - also on AIM???

Can anyone tell me the difference between this share and Zenova and the products, some of the directors of this share were directors of that one as also.

Is this serious competition or a shareholders headache in an intellectual property war, if they have any which has also been hard to find ?

From what I can see there is little in the way of testing to demonstrate credibility, has anyone seen anything on this share that shows its credentials or proof of it actually works?

Looking at the website there is nothing, and, legally speaking there should be an MSDS which is mandatory, why not have this?

I am finding Zenova and Lifesafe very intriguing and confusing all at the same time....

My gut feeling is there is something to expose here in both companies ?

I think you might need to look at Zenova PLC as well..... something very strange going on here and looks like a complete headache with intellectual property and who own what (if anything)

bluerill, can you point me in the direction of the rapid growth you speak about, all I can see is the last years accounts, £6k revenue.....

There does not appear to be much positive here at all, and by the looks of the responses I wonder if Blue is actually Tony Crawley, he seems to know allot that does not appear on the google machine.

Oh wait, I just found a patent from 2017 that looks pretty much like, or exactly the same as this Haven thing ? Another Tony Crawley and belongs to Firescape Global, nothing in the that says Zenova.

This is like untangling christmas lights from the year before.

I am really confused now who owns what, who is the inventor of what..... does sound like this is gonna be a big IP figh, assuming any of them own anything valuable.

I have been asking questions but appears only Smarties have the answer..... 6 months results out soon and by the look of the RNS's that have come out, we should be expecting a minimum £6m turnover for the year to date.....

Yes have done research, hence the questions which some appear to ignore and happy to put their money in with eyes closed, I have also read some of your previous posts, you are right - where are the revenues from these RNS's and great news and big contracts?????

Whilst my questions have not been answered, silence from the rampers is golden and speaks volumes.

Not sure what you mean "interesting connections" regards the products, one of the points I was making is about the products and certs / SDS etc. and there is nothing I can see, can you point me more in the right direction is these connections please as I presume there is more than just Tony Crawley.

I have tried to ask some questions here, but just appears to be ramping - bluerill states "he knew" fire escape, and now on research I believe he means "Firescape Global", a company with the same technology, like the same by the looks of it and looking up the patents and companies house as a reference of the said Firescape the inventor is one "Tony Crawley" like the same CEO of Zenova???

Now Mr Crawley is the CEO of Zenova, surely he knew their secret formula and has brought it here in a bid to make money, hoodwink, deceive or has he got a whole brand new tech?

Thanks bluerill, you are correct I have missed some things.....

Looking at the companies website I cannot appear to find any certifications, independent or regulatory on the products and in the same way I have doubts about Lifesafe Tech I have the same on ZED's ability to credibly demonstrate its products, pretty sure that big orders and contracts that you speak of and announced there must be something backing this up other wise I am not sure anyone will invest, let alone buy the products in the quantities you are stating, have I missed these on the companies website, along with other mandatory legal requirements for disclosure, SDS etc.

I presume that the company will soon be delivering their half year results, it will be very interesting to see the numbers and if they are booking £2.5m or there will be the usual flannel on AIM listed companies of back ended revenue waffle?
