OMG - everything is fake news.... please DYOR on past years and contracts promised that materialised into nothing....

This company is IMO committing some serious fraud and the directors at the end will become liable, personally.... time to tell the truth please.

How many times have we seen a ramp (in this case very small, like tiny) before the placing as the company needs cash...... !

Company is burning cash and you can DYOR research on numbers....

Placing is on its way but am guessing that the company cannot raise serious money based on numbers so anyone investing is going go put onto a CFD....

The cash is likely to last them 6 months maximum, just to pay for overhead and not stock to generate and sales :(

Zenova didn’t file their annual results in time so shares got suspended, shameful !!!!!!

Then, opened up again, but then shares are worth about half what they were worth three months ago….. (Still too much though IMO)

Why would you do that, why delay when you have 6 months to do it…. Something to hide IMO !!!!

Raised ANOTHER £2m recently.

Shares in issue pretty much doubled (so shares effectively halved in value / shareholder dilution) and shares at an all-time low price in the last two weeks.

Can you imagine the SP when more fund raises happen?????

In September 2023, the company released an RNS stating they were “On track to become EBITDA profitable on a monthly basis during Q4 2023”. Then they raise £2m so that didn’t happen.

2023 accounts should be due shortly so we shall see how much they have lost this time!!!!!, e.g. £2m vs burn rate = next fund raise date…..

IMO - they will say the same, EBITDA positive etc etc etc, why should we believe in the story when we know historically it will never materialise !

MM's looking like they are booking buys as sells to attract retail buyers to clear them out........ shame on you MM's.

Fund raise on its way and MM's playing it dirty to buy more at very cheap price..... I am guessing fund raise in next 2-4 weeks (Company does not have cash to survive otherwise) and am guessing fund raise will be at least 1p before the company goes into sub penny shares.....

Where will it stop as the company is in a death spiral.

Looking back over the news from the past 3 years and all those news alerts of large contract wins, distributors and country launches is what I have been telling everyone since day 1, you may not like hearing it but I have been right all along and this company has been scamming people since day 1.... Do not take my word for it, look back at the past news alerts.

There is £98k cash so no money and also no inventory as well.
