May I suggest that everyone concerned reports this to the Serious Fraud office, given there 40 days so that means Monday 17th November.......

Shameful and damn right unlawful.

There is no serious company that will take over Zenova as they have nothing but false promises and a history of massive orders that have turned into nothing.

They are desperate, so desperate that this latest charade will be placing others into the fraud accusations..... fraud is a criminal offence and carries a prison sentence.

Financial highlights for the Period

· Sales for the six months to 31 May 2025 increased 60% to £85k over same period in 2024 (£53k).

· Gross margin for the six months to 31 May 2025 of 43% (2024: 42%).

· Operating loss for the six months to 31 May 2025 reduced to £403k, a 35% improvement on the 6 months to 31 May 2024 (loss of £617k)

· Loss after taxation reduced to £302k, a 37% improvement on the six months to 31 May 2024 (loss of £478k).

· Loss per share for the Period of -£0.15 (2023 -£0.40).

£100 (even if was all profit) would not touch the surface of the overhead of staff, let alone the Nomad and PLC charges.

This company is a joke and the revenue is a bigger joke.

OMG - Please look back at the history of this company and how many million pound deals they have had over several years, none of which have come to fruition.

I predicted that the company is now back of cash about now, the recent investors placed money at £0.0025p and they are under water and drowning.

More cash needed and another placing on the way, I predict within 30 days more money or bust.

They will really struggle raising cash with history, past and present so it only leaves BUST.

It will be a few k - Just like all of the other news stories this outfit puts out !
