£2.4m Fire Protection Paint Order - Zenova announces the signing of a significant new order for its FP fire protection coating in the UK to the sprayer group Drips and Sparks Ltd who have placed an order worth £2.4million – the company says “which will be payable against monthly deliveries to sites specified in the previous month in equal instalments, commencing immediately” yes immediately is a key word here…. Immediately means right away right?
CEO Thomas Melchior says “Securing a contract of this size further demonstrates the value-add of Zenova and its suite of high performance products”
That’s c.£600k every 6 months, but first 6 months nothing….. like zilch, like nothing as in nothing, nishe…….
What’s more, the deal was done with Drips and Sparks, which the company says is “"This is a major contract win for our FP paint”
So google “drips and sparks” - it comes up with check a trade, they don’t even have their own website!!!!!
So now let’s look on companies house website….. Drips and sparks are classified as a micro-entity by company’s house, average number of employees of the past 2 years is 1, that means in 2022 there was 1, and in 2023 there was also 1, do not take my word for it look at company’s house.
Their capital reserves are MINUS £36,815
How the hell is there a £2.4m deal by a man in a van and more to the point why does anyone still believe this stuff.
Thomas Melchior – you must like eating porridge, best way you have of saving yourself is resigning and trying to sever yourself from all of this, once you have left and the plods knock on your door, you can do what everyone else does and throw everyone else under the bus in a last ditched attempt to save your own worthless backside.
