Yep, huge late trade volume/values printed isn't there for both today and yesterday? Don't know reason for this process. Looking at Aquis, the trades appear to be in order i.e. this £3m trade is showing before today's trades but was it like this at the time of the trade? Maybe Aquis is a better representation than LSE in this respect. May follow it t'row and see what pops up.

Another BTC treasury RNS can drop anytime. There were 3 last week, only the one so far this week. £4m+ in the kitty, that's worth another 50 BTC. Let's deploy those funds and that should help put a rocket up the SP.

This drop is UK specific, other global treasury companies are trading fine. BTC hovering around $108k & expectation that there may be a summer surge in coming months. UK events will not impact that trajectory. Every expectation the SP will recover, maybe not as quickly and on a different timeline but time to hold and watch.

Outstanding warrants due to expire 30 Jun 25. Options have expiry dates thru to Nov 26. The balances outstanding were noted in the last years Accounts. Updated 2024 year end numbers will be available shortly as the Accounts are due by 30 June, so Monday at the latest. From there, you can work out balance remaining against those exercised since per RNS. I don't have a current number though just now.

I make cash balance c.£4.5m, potentially enough to double BTC holdings from here. Purchase price seems quite high, must have missed the recent BTC price dip.

It is not clear to me whether they have existing headroom under existing authority or whether they need to wait til increase per GM. Would be good to have another treasury update too.

Did you take into account cash on hand, other investments, other business activities, peer valuations etc?

Here is notice of GM to allot 600m new shares. Not clear what the headroom is under the current existing authority though and whether raises can continue in the interim.

I agree, expecting £1m+ purchase soon. Would expect them to have been active in the market and making use of the recent BTC dip.

I have been tracking funds/treasury purchases and I make it £5.68m balance remaining. This is net of 10% allowance for broker costs on placings (& 0% on Retail Offer. warrants & options). I assume sufficient working capital for now but probably should allow say £500k just in case. Happy to adjust assumptions going forwards.

Both SWC & COIN off c.28% from their recent highs.

Is that the reason for no recent raises, have they only just realised? Still have $5.5m to deploy but they will need to raise new funds pronto to keep up momentum.
