I like the process so far. 4x oversubscribed at 6p but didn't take it as it would be a larger dilution. This time around at 22.2p seems the right approach. I expect next btc purchase 10-12? on Fri or perhaps Mon morning. Followed by a larger Placing at a higher price still.
COIN are purchasing BTC in a controlled manner as referred to by Malcolm y'day, they still have £ms cash available from the recent raises. More like 10x for now which is in line with other Treasury Companies.
In addition to Placing/Retail raises, there were recent exercise of options (£21k) & warrants (£104k). Assume Placing has 10% broker arrangement fee, brings total net raise of £4.5m.
On the purchase side, 5 BTC were transferred into Forza! from existing COIN reserves. Actual BTC purchased from raises of 20.2392 at cost of £1.6m.
That would make £2.9m still available for further purchase of c. 36 BTC.
Only a week or so ago, you could pick up shares in the WRAP for 6p. Normally this would be considered fantastic performance but not when compared to SWC. Spaces later today and then hopefully the next placing after hours which needs to be huge to gain further momentum!
Surprised by strong price movement today given btc is off a little. Good opportunity to spend some of the raise, next purchase announcement can't be too far away.
RE: Reasons why Bitcoin going much higher11 Jun 2025 08:45
Saylor is bullish! COIN should have the cash for another 30 or so btc. Agree would like to see another purchase update before next raise, hope to get SP to 12p+ with no discount. Going to be a good summer.
I noticed that warrants were exercised last week. I wondered what the overall outstanding warrant position was and checked prior announcements. I make it 18.8m warrants at 3.75p worth £705k (Mar 24) and 10.75m warrants at 3.0p worth £320k (Apr 23).
The Mar 24 warrants are subject to an acceleration clause which in simple terms means if the SP hits 11.25p for 5 consecutive days, the company can service notice to exercise. I expect we may see most or all these warrants come into play very soon & play a part in the COIN fund raising strategy.
Yes, slow & steady uptick, less volatility like COIN SP bodes well. Expecting an RNS anytime, maybe intra day with updated purchases. Next raise can't be too far off now as well.
