Per their TR1 on 31 Oct, they owned 1,922,601,316.

Each of the net trades at the different prices total 1,872,601,316. That is a difference of 50m exactly.

Weird. The trades at 0.005 (7 * 250m + 1 * 122m) and 0.00503 (6 * 250m + 2 * 186m) net off to Nil so maybe some sort of transfer.

Yeah, on balance Igraine has potential to outperform Vela from here. Although Igraine still to issue another 35m shares, which is about 40% dilution.

Hamak have their shares and already sold some so probably not.

Placing or sell more investments - what a choice!

Vela has today [30 Mar 2022] acquired 23,928,080 ordinary shares in Igraine at a price of 1.8p per share from a number of existing investors in Igraine for £430,705, paid in cash from the Company's existing cash resources.

They will continue to sell down other investments per usual at an increased rate to cover Director Fees and now this CLN, especially since Hamak have failed to make payments so far. Should know more when the next investment update is released.

I could see the portfolio really being slimmed down in coming months out of necessity to meet their commitments. The usual Directors Fees and now Igraine CLN. Igraine, CDT and the unlisted Aeristech and Weshop seem to be safe for now. Everything else must be fair game to be sold off as required - take no prisoners!

The recent batch of holding notifications incl KING are due to 210m new shares in issue via Placing, Broker Option and the Acquisition & not sales. A further 70m warrants were issued.

Plus Igraine are issuing 35m shares to GEM so Vela will be diluted and will have 20% of 5.05% of Mush?

Bonkers, that is 2x shares in issue. Might even get to my break even today & will be tempted to offload.

CDT dropped about 90 cents for the qtr means a further $900k decrease in value. By the way, I don't see MWE on the Vela investment page, was it there previously or has that investment now been dumped?
