Does Hamak have the headroom to issue new shares at the moment? Looking at the RNS conversion pricing requirements, it seems today is the optimal time to convert for maximise gain.

Focus this week should be to deploy all available cash, increasing Treasury to 140 BTC. Boost SP before the GM, ready for next raise at higher SP with newly minted shares.

Don't forget that each year the investment p/l is calculated. When the investment is sold, it is based on the prior year end value. It may be reported (correctly) as a profit, but that is for the current year only. You need to look cumulative yearly p/l since purchase to get true picture.

From today's announcement, I would say it is first purchase as there was no overall total provided. There is the purchase of the subnet, any idea what that may cost? I expect the original monies are to fund ongoing operations, as noted.

You would think that HAMAK is not a core investment now. Do they just redeem the CLN at maturity date for loan + interest? If HAMAK don't have the cash anyway, then maybe CHP have to convert to shares and then sell immediately, subject to being able to convert to shares as you say. There is a conversion price discount so that may also determine the action necessary.

There were 2 parts to the HAMA deal. HAMA received shares in Vela, (resulting in approx 12% dilution) which I believe they have now fully sold. The CLN part still is in operation. Part of the CLN deal was that HAMA would repay VELA I think £25k or so for 3 months but they never did. A bit messy but may work out in the end.

Did you notice the SWC BTC update a couple of days ago, they now include the following statement
