There should be enough cash for another buy to get close to or hit 200BTC. Maybe another purchase next Monday, then where to next? Will need to raise again and just consistently raise and buy going forwards, albeit with associated dilution. Probably can only escape this doom loop you describe if BTC hits that banana zone ($140k+?) sometime soon and the wider market reacts positively.

Hi, although I would like to see, it would be a change in strategy if they did a huge buy i.e. £5m+, to date the highest purchase being £1.22m and similar around that level. May depend on how quickly they feel they can get the next raise away. If not yet, then perhaps the smaller raises will continue thru Aug.

Based on TVR update Thursday, I would suggest all funds are available now. If they are buying the dip this weekend, then 200BTC is achievable. I expect a huge RNS Monday!

Why would they update website yesterday to correct total shares in issue and significant shareholders if placing were to be cancelled today?

That should be 5.7bn - someone raised this a few days back and emailed the co I believe. Not sure what the latest is on that one. So basically there seems to be a number of data discrepencies with CLAI at the moment. Hopefully they will be be resolved swiftly and lead to improved governance.

The Company continues its Bitcoin strategy and its current holding in Bitcoin is 5.2803802 BTC.

Purchased 6.1794767 BTC on 04/07

Purchased 2.52 on 08/07 & declared a total BTC treasury of 8.70 BTC.

Last RNS reported BTC treasury of 5.2803802 BTC.

Either a BTC sale or one or more of the the RNS's was incorrect?

I would consider having as standard 2 btc purchases per week, there are enough funds in the kitty now. Regular BTC treasury updates would help keep the market and all investors interested.

Agree, raise and buy BTC, rinse and repeat. It will be down to consistent and sustained performance by the team here on in.

Yep, plus the other investments as reported in last financial accounts, valued at something like £2m + Yellow on top.

I wonder if some investors intentionally oversubscribed knowing they would be scaled back but may not utilise excess funds in the market now? Should still be some good interest here though at these levels. BTC dipped overnight, good opportunity to buy, maybe an intra day RNS?

There is still c. £2.7m cash available from the raises /warrants that could be deployed into BTC. Now with the new headroom, they have the ability to raise substantial funds and crank up the flywheel again if they choose to. Although that will come with large dilution compared to what may have been at the heady SP heights of just a few weeks back. The team need to provide market guidance on next steps soon to get some momentum back.

The website shares in issue of 371.8m matches the RNS from 30 June. Not yet updated to reflect the 03 Jul Retail offer which added 15.5 m plus the 8m options/warrants exercised, incl today which increases shares to 395.5m per todays announcement. As mentioned, 21m options/warrants outstanding.
