This obsession with Avacta is getting old.... The initial feeling at start of the pandemic was a sovereign test hence the RTC when at that time antibody testing was seen as the way forward. This changed over time and so did the mindset of the gov bodies to instead not have a sovereign test but open up the market to many suppliers. Support British diagnostics and have each one pass certain criteria etc etc...

Twat to your q49 : The question should have been are you working with Medusa19. Since that was not asked it may well be that ODX could be making AffiDX on the gov machines and why not... all will be revealed very soon...

All good but I wouldn't get too excited. I see Quidel are a supplier. Check out their website it shows the scale they are at with many partners/supermarkets/distributors signed up where one can buy their covid test across the states. Let's hope Medusa will equally have such distributors signed up to sell our test once approval is granted. Patience required but it's inevitable that the UK/EU market will end up here too.

Thankfully SNG001 will be an effective treatment we just need to get our phase III trails completed and the medics won't be long linking the study findings to our wonder cure...

They have EU approval for home use so Biosure can put it up on there website for home use and if a UK resident buys it via the site it's all sales and not having the MHRA approval for home use makes no difference..

Interesting that Biosure has an antibody self test available along with the RTC and another professional antibody test on their website. With the user studies by UU surely the RTC test could also become a self test ?.
