Fruitnveg and Chris I have made some politicians aware and I have also tried to get the info out to NPHET... have had no real response tbh. I have a long running thread with Luke O Neill. He did cover it on Newstalk recently and I suspect will raise it again soon. Have also sent a few emails to RTE too...
I see our pal Mary Aurelien has tweeted the following:...
Recovery> 10,000 patients included, and new leads integrated.
Discovery> 1000 patients included.
SNG001:> 100 patients included and phase iii CE
IFNb1b, fr 20 patients included.
Proposal of the investigators - close date.
A questioning of the heaviness fr?
I interpret it that he is expressing disappointment at only 20 patients in France will be on the trial
Dafda great find. Pmjh as always superb work... finally great to see we are making noise on the media front. I'm going to make politicians in the Irish government aware all this exposure makes that task a lot more tangible now too.
@JoeyDiamon I just sent Aurélien Mary a direct tweet to alert him to todays findings on the short form of ACE2 ...

Exactly TOnic they don't want to cause confusing messaging at this point in time. The RTC vaccine testing will be announced in due course, in the meantime stockpile and have them ready to send out to the list on the database of those that were vaccinated. Once the logistics are better embedded they may also look to test when giving the vaccine jabs too in a few weeks time. Only time will tell... GLA
We need to get the SNG message out...

Our friends mother was released from hospital this morning, luckily she didn't get into a serious way especially with her underlying conditions, her oxygen levels came back to normal and they were happy to release her. I have no idea how far the medics got in terms of exploring MAP access but the family were very grateful of being made aware of this drug as they were deeply concerned and said they would have explored all options. Its just a massive shame other families aren't aware of SNG. The vaccine dialogue has taken over the mainstream media coverage from any soundings on potential cures.
A friend of the family's mother is a COPD sufferer and she has been taken to hospital with CV this morning. I have been informing the family about MAP access so they are now going to explore with the medical doctors in the hospital about getting access. Based in Ireland and have shared the access details as below. Will keep everyone updated on progress..

Simple because Colin understates and delivers...

Nice to see the twitter machine stating they were closed over xmass it may result in Colin and team being allowed get on with the important internal work of expanding the facilities to take on the new equipment without the phones ringing... you never know the next tweet on Jan 4th might be where's that screwdriver a load of new machinery needs to be configured in our new reorganised floor...
GLA this is one of the CV stock that has a clear strategy which is being executed on... patience is needed over the coming months to see the fruits of that strategy pay off... yessss sirrrr yeeeee....
Pity she's not aware of the benefits of SNG...

Everything sold out again, Nada, Zilch, nothing left in stock.. Merry Christmas everyone
The very best of luck Tony. Keep the head up, stay positive and keep fighting...
I need to do some more indept research, on a very serious question- Does anyone know if someone with cervical cancer( tumours )would be a ruled in or out from this trial? any pointers to the specific details would be massively appreciated.
ARKV agreed, the home trial was initially a safety net as mentionedby RM. Whats your view on the discharge (81% vs 75%) which didn't seem to be significant in phase II and now its a main point of significance in phase III?.
In my mind there's one other important understated aspect of the home trial that has big marketing potential if the results are decent. That's the fact that this trial is quite unique. Now I could be wrong but I recall that the home trial is one of the first ever clinical trials done outside of a hospital setting, if it's the case surely that has the potential to make headlines attractive for the lazy journalists. GLA.. Happy to be corrected if its not the case..
ARKV and others that and are knowledgeable on trials and on the results from phase II. The results were that Recovery (58% vs 35%) was significant in Phase II at day 28 but discharge (81% vs 75%) didn't seem to be significant. Is that a correct understanding and do we expect the discharge data to be improved in Phase III with the changes to the trial??..
