Sparta not sure where your going with ODX being 3-4 months away with TT.... very misleading indeed..
I'm in here since the 50's and have topped up about 8 times along the way but stopped a few months ago and decided to diversify and buy into ODX . Their presentation today is very clear that TT has started and they will be selling right through from Jan to June then be in a position to switch or increase focus to antibody testing to support the vaccine rollout if that's how the CV business plays out.
It's a nice clear simple strategy and with mologic(the inventors of the pregnancy test kit) as their partner they're are in pretty good shape and are certainly in the driving seat to be first to market with a quality antigen LFT.
Now i'm holding in AVCT but see BAMS as the immediate short time that buys us time before the LFT test is released which at the moment is miles behind on timelines but obviously it's not an easy thing to get TT right. I suspect it may take a lot longer that people think but i hope we get it completed as soon as possible. Also what concerns me with AVCT is that ODX didn't move forward with the partnership announcement with AVCT. I read it that ODX had their discussions and learnt that AVCT just wasn't ready so decided to sit in the back seat until the development was further down the road...
Lets home we see some big announcements over the coming months and AVCT can deliver on the expectations it has set out... GLA.
Like the strategy they have in place around the antigen and antibody tests which was covered at the end of the presentation in terms of being able to shift production to capitalise on sales...
Maybe we as shareholders need to inform RM or the NIHR to start using the patient recruitment center to speed up recruitment for our home trial..

Interesting the last sentence.....hopefully 85p will now be the lowest we will see forever... only a matter of time before the big pharma come knocking.. GLA..
"Synairgen shares were up 24 pence or 45 percent at 76.03p by 0749 GMT, having risen as high as 85.95p, their highest since 2006."
Agree that Prof Holgate is an academic and that academics focus on is the next piece of research and that's very obvious from this cracking interview BUT this drug saves lives, it's quite obvious other priorities have preceeded getting awareness of the home trial out...

All investors should listen to it..
Yeah, a super interview. Disappointing to hear only 30 on the home trial but rolling the home trial out to the states is news we hadn't received before... will be holding, its only a matter of time before the true value of what we have here comes to fruition... GLA.

Pity we didn't focus on swab testing earlier, the Liverpool trials were obviously going well and focused minds on deciding to go that route. Hope we get to market and get some of the big pie on offer...
BAMS is certainly required now go get some revenue in the door...
CW25 well done to you.. and wish your parents all the very best... you have certainly done a great thing for your parents getting them both on the trial..
I noticed its not that Galway company but Philips Respironics that's the inhaler. Is that correct?.
Her tweets were shared on this board a few weeks back when the testing started so why is it only now people are getting their knickers in a knot with excitement when we knew this which was confirmed by Avacta tweets too..
Best wishes CW, great to hear they were excepted. Now the extra patients on the pivitiol makes sense now... like I was saying previously if I was a medic and was part of the hospital involved involved in phase II then I would be demanding that it was to available so that I can continue to treat patients while phase III is being worked out... Bingo....
I recall looking at the Google location site a few weeks back after seeing a picture of the building in one of Colin's presentation at it certainly wasn't open 24hrs then. There's a way to check old websites but not sure there's a way to check Google location site history (i.e. what the google page was stating a few months back).
As mentioned earlier in the thread
I do find it extraordinary hard to believe that the medics at Southampton hospital and the other 8 hospitals in the phase II trial are not using SNG today to save lives today. It's practically criminal for them not to use the drug when they know the benefits and they will insist that they continue to use it.. The official start date of the phase III for market purposes can all be sorted out and is practically irrelevant to the hospitals the priority will be to ensure that access to the drug continued under phase III vehicle or not. Let's see if the anticipated RNS tomorrow states that Phase III has already started in the UK and we get an official start date for the other countries involved.
Gkb fair enough.. I do find it extraordinary hard to believe though that Southampton hospital and the other 8 hospitals in the phase II trial are not using SNG today to save lives.. I think the medics involved wouldn't allow that happen knowing they helped cure patients already with SNG. It wouldn't surprise mr if the NHS/Gov have allowed this happen... patience needed, GLA..
Ragnar - Interesting to see, indeed 6 of 8 are now all sold out. Based in Ireland will have a look in local store but it may only be in their flagship stores here that stock Eve. Be interesting to know if anyone is out and about and checks their local Boots store, I trust they remain open as essential shops..
