Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
Thanks for that. Things always take longer than expected, but it sounds promising.
Any reports from the AGM would be welcomed by this investor (unable to attend). Confidence, body language, etc can sometimes reveal more than the words on a rns. Incidentally Steve, you're not the only one. This and the other BB is as near as I get to any form of social media.
Re selling, you're stating the obvious.........and likewise, those who do have confidence continue to hold.
Meanwhile, I see the Ministry of Mines website has had a bit of a revamp in the last few days https://www.mmmd.gov.zm/
Applications considered in March and May have fixed expiry dates for applicants to cough up their fees, provide additional info, or appeal, failing which those licence areas will go back into the pot.
Yes, I wonder if they feel any hint of embarrassment/ shame/ regret when people draw attention to some of their pronouncements. It's easy to trace their lack of progress, particularly on Dundas, purely by reading through the RNSs and annual reports. But for anyone who needs reminding of the full extent of the company's underachievement, I recommend viewing some of the old RM interviews.
Finished at 5.32. That's 200% in a month, 460% in 6 months, 628% in a year. Wish I'd bought some.
Yes, sensible questions and no surprises in the answers. Nick gave his standard response to the question on share price (he doesn't share Piggy's obsession with sp movement over the next day or two). Overall, confirmation that everything is on track.
This news was posted a couple of days ago, but KEvB has just pointed out that Anglo mentioned Arc in their own news release: https://twitter.com/Trisseswe/status/1654070975669981184?cxt=HHwWgMC-ob2yuPQtAAAA
er... yes, just realised.
I emailed the company on the Tingo question and got a prompt reply from Nick. He says the shares we own are Tingo Inc (the ones currently priced at 0.39) but his understanding is that the deal that’s being done will result in TINGO Inc ending up with 75 percent majority holding of TINGO group on Nasdaq. This is a RTO which explains why it's taken so long. Sounds good to me.
I'm still not clear either. There's Tingo Group (as you say, like a train) which were around 0.43 USD a year ago and are now 2.18. They are this lot: https://www.tingogroup.com/
Then there's Tingo Inc, share price $2.49 a year ago, now not so good at 0.39. that's this lot: https://tingoinc.com/
Seems to me from the description of the company that this is the one we're talking about, but it would be good to know one way or the other.
Now that you mention it CT, I think you're right. Whether he was talking about a possibility or a firm intention I don't know. Personally I still see a buyout of the Zambian part of the business as the most likely scenario in the medium term.
Arc have never planned to be copper miners, they are explorers. It's going back a bit but see this presentation by Remy from 2020 where he is asked that specific question:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IaX-EwZcMOw .
Of course, times and circumstances can change and they are now working with Anglo who definitely would like to produce copper, but I don't think many here expect Arc to still be involved if/when that happens. Most expect the company or at least its Zambian assets, to be bought out before that happens.

True. I'd still have a lot more confidence in work taking place at Kangerluarsuk this year than at Disko. I remember RM saying in one interview that if he were starting from scratch that is where he'd start, and for once there seemed to be no particular reason for him to lie about that. Coupled with the fact that the 14th Feb RNS said 'Proceeds from the Subscription will be used to fund a summer drilling programme at the Company's 100% owned Kangerluarsuk Lead-Zinc-Silver ± Copper Project', it would be pretty remarkable, even for Bluejay, to go back on that.
Disko, on the other hand, is down to Kobold, and I thought RE sounded rather vague and lukewarm about it in his interview.
Also, a briefing note from SP Angel. My favourite bit: 'We understand all parties want to finalise the transaction as soon as possible and for drilling to begin at the start of the imminent dry season.'
It was indeed specific and I can't help feeling the date must surely have been set after consultation with the Ministry of Mines. We'll see.
As you say, reassuring. Good to know too that the company replied promptly and in some detail to a shareholder's enquiry.
I wouldn't read too much into the precise timing of the rns. NvS isn't averse to an intraday rns, so it could yet be today, or after 07.00 tomorrow.
