wyndrum your missing my point that a bet at the bookies is settled after the result. However if my investment or (bet) just for you drops 20% i have lost nothing unless i sell!! so if i it rises 30% and then sell i gain 10% and the fact it dropped 20% is not relevant unless i sell at a 20% loss simples!! good luck with your entry point regards BBB

Big big difference in fact a huge difference between gambling and investing .... a bet at the bookies is settled immediately after the bet has won/lost ! investing is only settled if choose to sell your investment! we all know this ladies and gentlemen please don't dress it up to be something its not! the SP goes south and north that's normal trading! you gain or loose nothing until you sell back to them pesky old MM IMO. Good morning all, investrip did you not ask for examples of other deals you can use as a comparison? well if you want to split hairs on wording (acquisition) meaning: Is when one company gains control of another company it may occur with the company's approval, or in spite of its disapproval!
(takeover) meaning: is an act of assuming control of something especially the buying out of one company by another!
Now surely you can see different words i grant you that but the same meaning and the same result when either are invoked within the business of takeovers / acquisitions !! So did TOOP make an acquisition / takeover/ or even "acquire" (just for you) DMS holdings?? Err YES! is it an example within the sector YES! do acquisition's/ takeovers happen in business YES! will TOOP be the last company ever to make one Err NO! so the world will continue to turn. Good morning all, personally i don't think that 2m buy would need a RNS if it was our (future new chairman) as his appointment to EVE will not start until the 26th of May! so if he did buy he would not need to report it as a directors buy until his official appointment as a director!

OBD has been under the radar! and steadily building up world class 3D genomic personalized detection medicine! IMO this type of medicine is the future and the growth area to take out the old guess work in dispensing the correct medicine to the tailored and personalized individual. Tedrick Very well summed up sir, it's always wise policy to DYOR whilst the old waiting game is in play!! it's not much fun trawling through endless RNS in fact it's f--(ing tedious. however a necessary evil that is vital if your hard earned dollar is to make some more dollars!
Then the timing of the first buy is sooooooo important and IMO no one can time that to perfection! its just a mixture of research/ sentiment/history/assets/management/cash in bank/etc etc, and a large dollop of gut feeling/ all topped off with some balls of steel (sprinkles optional) i believe your spider is a wise spider indeed he/she will be well rewarded for the patients shown. good luck regards BBB.

Evening all, i said on Friday looks like some large orders are being filled. and got shot down by some of the shall we say not so positive posters that frequent the VAST BB. well for me it's just a matter of common sense, very large sells the SP drops south & very large buys the SP rises north simples! since Friday the SP has gone north about 30%!! just join the dots lady's & gents, the clue as ever is in the SP.
