Mafs i sure do remember many of the old colourful and most diverse and divisive posters on here, it's most certainly been a bitter sweet rollercoaster ride at times a war zone!!! not for the faint hearted back in the day, i do hope they (LTH) are all in good health and good wealth also. Hopefully they are not under water and happy with there exit point from PREM I'm now in profit and not selling yet!! at one point i was 86% down but averaged down because i believed in the assets!!
