My guess is he has a date in mind for land permits...taking into consideration the snail pace of the MG authorities.. if that date is surpassed the placing will take precedent...

If Budd is desperate the placing will be well below current price…. Beggars can’t be choosers.

i agree... when you look back and see the greedy bankers bailed out with our money... for taking stupid risks with our money.... then soon as the dust settled.. back to their old tricks handing out mega millions in bonuses to the very people who caused the financial $ H It storm in the first place... now the banks/lenders have taken advantage of the crappy Kwarteng budget fiasco and whack up rates for millions on their mortgages...in a complete over reaction.. one of mine is going up over 115%... the greed of these lot is beyond imagination... if i balls up and fail to pay they take the house... they balls up and fail (AGAIN) i end up propping them up with my tax payers money!!!!!???? WTF ???
Anything that can take away full control from the fractional banking reserve system gets my vote... Gold...crypto... whatever...

That should have mostly been done last year if the Q4 Dec relist was ever really on the cards…clearly it wasn’t.
I’m sure come end of Q2 he will say the same thing that Aug is not the time to go to the city due to holiday season bla bla bla.. so end of Q3 into Q4 looks the most likely timeline. Hmmmm.
