Logic to me dictates that all the current B.S.(Board Changes etc) and smoke and mirrors would not be happening if Hudson simply want to clean us out.

To me they clearly want something, or BZM to do/give something before releasing funding.

I believe that is to do with the port and the BOD are not willing to consider terms they view as unfavourable.
Of course eventually they will have to so you would have to assume they are trying to get some sort of compromise with Hudson on acceptable terms.

ALL IMHO but WTFDIK...

Imho it’s simple if hudson put us to the sword they are confident thay get all assets and hence 20 mill a price worth paying

It would be good to know exactly what it is they want - that is what is supremely irritating. On the face of this would seem simple - BOD do exactly what it is Hudson want and they release funds to keep BZM ticking over.,,

Regarding the port even if the deal is a sh*te deal its better than insolvency.

Here is what I want to hear - are Hudson going to release funds with a set of conditions?
If 'no' then what on earth are they discussing, they don't want to be diluted, so no raise (unless all placed with them) so what exactly
is on the table??

The market wants a headline sustained flow rate. SUSTAINED flow rates have been below par TBH so far no matter what SS is saying and for those of you wondering why we are not seeing the huge spikes perhaps anticipated here and on UKOG this is the reason.

There is no doubt the port is in play and can generate significant revenues via bauxite export. What we do not know is the nature of the discussions and Hudson’s true motive. All we can do is wait, it’s literally all or nothing

If Hudson want to put us to the sword, why not simply come out and say funding is pulled, job done, insolvency invoked and they lose their considerable investment and hope the govt give them the licences.

IMHO something is being thrashed out – what of course none of us have any idea….

Like most I will just be glad when it’s over – prince or pauper at least there will be a conclusion.

why else withold previously agreed funding. They don't want to be diluted....

Be glad when all the smoke and mirrors is over and we know exactly what is being discussed/in process of being agreed.

Anything vaguely positive and we multibag, we get a Konta Port deal + release of funds and the sp will re-rate to pennies..

Historically msmn placing are breache. I think there was one @0.55 and I managed to buy @0.43 few weeks later couple that with no news for a few weeks and you get the idea.... Shame as Baja alliance looks good
