On a side note ukog .... they did an ewt and only delivered a projected rate. Had they had said we flowed x amount over a week as opposed to hrs the sp would have reflected accordingly...

The amount of dough sloshing around and the govt relation you would think that's a sensible option govt pays off Hudson loan and takes their equity stake. We then have a stable backer with their interest aligned to ours

At least we now know why shipping the bulk sample has been delayed. Why pay for that and the smelter testing if Hudson are throwing their toys out the pram in the last minute....
Hugely frustrated at the current state of play, the next RNS I was expecting was that the bulk sample had been shipped and the time table for the smelter test....which would I think have pushed us towards the 1p level.
Let's hope they stop arising around and release the funds.....

The very fact they are having to consider a placing is borderline ridiculous. Hudson should be backing us to the hilt right now to push this over the line. Agreed it does not categorically state they are refusing but that's certainly being inferred....

To me had a very similar air about it to the recent one from ascent when their approval process was dragging to elicit a response they put out a downbeat RNS.
2 days later assurances from govt and the price goes up 300%.
The question is what do Hudson want?
I can't see them objecting to a port sale it would make no sense as any deal should eliminate most if not al of the debt.
So why after vetoing a future placing are they refusing Bellzone the right to draw down and deliver the DFS which would of course see the sp multiples of what it is now...?
Whatever it is it would seem our previously steadfast backer clearly has an altering motive....
On the plus side the govt is a huge backer of Bellzone as evidenced by the ambassadors recent interview...

Unless the aim was all along to fund till presidential decree then pull the rug.....sounds nuts to me to do that.
So the only logical. Explanation is Hudson want the bid to do something they are not willing to do.....and IMHO that's accept an offer to monetise the port for less than they consider fair value....

Hudson vetoed the last request to do another placing , so by refusing to allow more finance they are knowingly putting the company in a perilous state....so they are quite aware of the results of their actions.
Who know what the feck is going on maybe they have received an offer for the port they consider too low, but would clear the debt so Hudson playing hardball....

Mate I am still here and I imagine I have been here a lot longer than many who bought in on arts last promises. To be clear I have no doubt if Art gets to do an appraisal he will deliver. What irks me and I think i speak for many who have been invested here a while is the way the company is being run... Only communicating with holders when they want to fill the coffers, placing at huge discounted prices and then refusing to trim costs on the outrageous monthly costs... Then to top it off burying TWO disputes deep in lengthy reports, and not having the decency to update holders what is going on. So yes if when art gets us there he will deliver but the manor the company is being run is poor to say the least..
