Its legitimate until the court throws it out......then and only then will it not be legitimate and hopefully the price will start to move.

IMHO would be to do a big placing say 100 mill shares @ 3p that would give them 3 mill cash, wipe out the debt and with trimmed down mgt structure sufficient cash to hopefully see them through to funding.
There would still only be 300 mill shares in issue post that

IMHO the market is valuing our huge iron ore asset at NIL....
Ferronickel is a smaller project but has a NAV around usd $100 mill
Iron ore min NAV USD $ 200 mill
Konta port usd 120 mill spent....

Yup this isn't a sexy stick right now but an entry at this level give huge leverage when news on any asset drops....
Do yourself a favour and have a listen to the ambassador talking about Gunieau and the billions being invested and his desire to get the Bellzone ore to market as soon as possible...
