Just asking as I have just been cleaned out on Bellzone and it seems v similar to here..
EG a generous investment is made by the Chinese to the point where they can veto any resolution.
They fund it to the point of DFS/Production....they then pull further funding and veto resolutions on future placements...and take the assets for peanuts

It's irritating and TBH the last thing the s.p. leaves is a delay....
The problem is if JB RNSs that the spud is delayed to XXX date the sp will tank.
Better to say nowt till the rig released...

The minister who spoke recently must have been aware of the situation Bellzone were in....yet chose to heavily name drop the company in his promotional business....
Hudson rather than the saviour they were promoted to be by the company for years were simply a vulture waiting for their moment to pounce,,,
I would imagine the chairman got wind of what was happening here and wanted no part of it.
All we got was a stooge who has not delivered one positive news item during his tenure.....what was all the BS about the board has listened to hudsons concerns and believes there interests are aligned with shareholders....
They will get a nice payout as part of the liquidation and move on to another sham...

I posted some time ago for Hudson to blindside us they would want insurances at govt level that the assets fall to them. You don’t write off over 20 mill just because you are fed up I have written this off completely

The price has not ticked up more on some decent size buys....
Surely even for a trade its worth a go at these levels on what essentially is an appraisal drill...

We get sweet FA, someone picks up the assets for a song and the BOD move onto another well paid job without a care in the world.

No chance of Hudson changing mind they engineered this and have fekked over everyone....
The question is where the BOD complicit in this sham....

So in a nutshell .....
Hudson I believe have had assurances they will get the assets and are quite happy to write off their loan and investment.

What I find most irritating of all(other than the fact I have lost 25 grand) is the total lack of transparency by the bod....
At the very least some detail on why they could not even get a sh*te deal for the port, but instead we just got a could not agree so feck the lot of you....
