After a period of review and negotiation, Mosman is pleased to advise it has acquired an additional 30.83% working interest in the Project, for a cash consideration of USD 35,760, increasing n ownership from 16% to 46.83%. Following the acquisition, Mosman will become Operator of the Project, in two equal installments, the first of which has been paid with the balance due in 90 days.

I am taking ‘meaningful’’ to include flow tests, they have to diisclose the results after TD and logging done...

Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the oil exploration, development and production company, is pleased to announce it plans to continue the rapid development on its US projects by proposing up to five new wells, all located onshore in Texas, USA in 2018/19.

The five wells proposed are: Stanley-2, Stanley-3, Stanley-4, Champion-1 and Challenger-1.

The Stanley-2 development well is already funded, and the other Stanley development wells are now funded, and will be drilled under the lease operating agreement, where one drilling operation can be proposed and completed at a time, so this is likely to be one well every two months. The final drilling timetable is dependent on the operator decisions, and logistical matters which are not entirely in Mosman's control at this time.

John had the decency to drop me a couple of mails today and suffice to say he is extremely frustrated with the delays but super optimistic on both the S1 recompletion and s2.
What many are forgetting is that a huge amount of analysis has been done on the multiple pay zones from S1 and that hugely derisks the closely located s2 well almost at TD now.

We should certainly get a RNS as soon as logs interpreted.
Those sat in the sidelines would do well to remember s1 results came in several days early..

Seems some are suggesting s1 news has been held back, which would be fraudulent.
I disagree with that theory we simply assumed the order of news flow.
My opinion on msmn remains the same based on assets and the fact we are producers mkt cap is a joke.
You could argue that solely on the prospectivity of our high impact assets we should be priced higher than we are now.
What is without doubt is we are days away from s2 td

Personally I don’t think there will be a JV
Let’s assume(hopefully) s1 and s2 come In and we stabilise around the 0.7 mark for aguments sake.
Our mkt cap would still be so low that it would make more sense to simply take us out.
