Budget detail reveals that the Government intend to spend £37 billion on Test &Trace over this year and next - an additional £15billion on that previously acknowledged.

This tweet is very reassuring. I do not consider myself impatient but I am certainly ready for news. I feel pretty confident that we may get the news of TT completion quickly (by Monday), followed by confirmation of govt orders. I don’t really expect a full financial break down just yet but I believe we will sell everything we can produce. That could give us a profit of around £200 million a year - if we take a multiple of 2.5 and on current capacity that is £500 million / say 200 million shares = £2.50 per share which I don’t think is unreasonable. I do hold a lot of these so I have certainly put my money where my mouth is but I don’t believe I have rose tinted spectacles. Hold Hard.

We will sell as many tests as we can make it is just a matter of time. Yes I am a little frustrated that we have not had news concerning the completion of the TT and confirmation details of the government order but it will come soon. Just heard a contributor on LBC who at 49 and living in France is not scheduled to get their vaccine until mid 2023! The world is a big place and nowhere has been as efficient and far sighted as the UK, we will use test to give us comfort as things progress most other countries will be desperate for them just to function. Yes I agree that Colin could possibly give us an update but ODX team have undertaken a massive transformation, patience now will be rewarded and I prefer a CEO that gets on with his main job that trying to satisfy short term market traders. I own a very substantial number of shares and will not be selling until the SP reflects the full value of the journey we have undertaken. Hold Hard and ATB.

Teabadger re your earlier point re getting into pubs - I am fairly sure that will be one of the big uses for a reliable and quick test that we hope to provide. Let’s get the TT done so that the other announcements can follow. ATB

as 2m per week for the Govt. plus whatever we can sell via VISITECT and antibody tests which we started to gear up for in the first place. Let’s see, I am sure it will all become clear soon.

Jaylarc - I base my comment on the fact we were already on target to produce 2m tests per week now as per the RNS we are being loaned additional equipment which in my view increases our production capacity.

I believe that without the addition loan of what will be significant machinery from the Govt. that OD X would have been able to produce 2m tests per week by April, with the additional machinery they will produce much more and as no exclusivity clause we can supply others - no doubt there will be a lot of interest.

I have added an additional 10% to my already substantial holding - your money your call but for me the market insanity has once again provided an opportunity that is just to good to miss. ATB

According to BBC website door to door testing for SA variant to begin in parts of England. We need the TT completed and fast production of the antigen test confirmed - massive potential.

Experts interviewed by Tom Swarbrick on his LBC show this morning believe that we will have social distancing and PPE until 2023. International travel unlikely to get back to normal until after that. The only bit of disappointing news in the RNS was that the Elisa test was not as popular as they hoped but this was a double edged sword as lateral flow tests are proving to be more popular - not actually surprised and this is really the future thrust and opportunity for ODX initially with antibody test but very soon with antigen as well. The first thing you need to do H is make sure you have the available cash within your ISA for both the shares you have been allocated and those requested - HL will take the money wether you get the allocation or not - no free funds no shares. Once the allocation has been determined you will get the shares and any cash you are owed back in your account. I am with ii which has a separate voting area so I would suspect HL have the same - don’t be overly concerned this is a done deal.

Eva, if the person acting for you at Aviva is getting £500 then you must be paying for that bonus somehow - do they make it from the spread or as commission? Either way it’s far too much.
