I believe GDR are an Ethical Business, and I also believe BC are an Ethical Business.
BC will be aware of every Post/Notice/Comment that GDR send out, and would not have Partnered with our GDR, if they had any concerns that GDR are not an Ethical Business too !!
I do not believe GDR would state they are expecting an Order, that they know they have no chance of getting. IMHO.

We must be Very close to having our Test up for Full FDA/EUA Authorisation now ?!!
I have not kept an exact count, but I am thinking there is only 2 or 3 Molecular Tests presented to the FDA for Approval left, which includes our RT-PCR Test ?!!

Yes GHIF made good money on the sell of their other GDR Shares, so could have readily forward sold their remaining 2,700,000 shares on the cheap.
However, I tend to think they are still holding, because they could have sold the 700,000 of their 2,700,000 at any time, at a much higher price ?
We will know soon, I guess ?

genedrive plc (AIM: GDR), the near patient molecular diagnostics company, today announces that Global Health Investment Fund I, LLC (GHIF), has exercised its right to convert its US$8 million convertible bond into new ordinary shares in the Company.
Under the terms of the conversion, GHIF will be allotted and issued 7,100,000 new ordinary shares (GHIF Shares), which is the capped number of shares which can be issued under the convertible bond, and will also be paid approximately £685,000 in cash
US$8 million divided by 7,100,000 shares = $1.126/share
Exchange rate in June 2020 was $1.23 = £1
Therefore to convert $1.126 to £s = $1.126 divided by 1.23 = 91.54p/share

Volume 11,064,506 - takes some filtering through, so Google catching up, makes sense.

Testing updates:
As of today, 384 tests and sample collection devices are authorized by the FDA under emergency use authorizations (EUAs). These include 275 molecular tests and sample collection devices, 81 antibody and other immune response tests and 28 antigen tests. There are 52 molecular authorizations and one antibody authorization that can be used with home-collected samples. There is one molecular prescription at-home test, three antigen prescription at-home tests, five antigen over-the-counter (OTC) at-home tests and two molecular OTC at-home tests.

My wife and I continue to believe in GDR, which includes DB's strategies.
We believe we understand our current situation, and believe that the BC Partnership is massive for GDR.

I personally believe that GDR is the better Investment going forward, and have never changed my mind on this belief. In fact my belief has strengthened over the past year !!
