Yes my wife and I are well, and we hope you and yours are well too !
My fishing has not been so good over the past couple of months.
My wife however, is fairing a lot better than me. She has won the 'Old Boys Challenge Cup' for the fourth time in the last six years, with a catch of 155 lbs in a 6 hour one off match !! She often says this Cup match should be titled the 'Old Boys and Young Ladies Challenge Cup' LOL. She is currently Top in our league, 20 lbs ahead of her nearest rival, and 100 lbs ahead of myself in 3rd place, with just one league match left for this season. She also currently holds the Top weight in a League match with 147 lbs 15oz !!

I first bought into GDR a little after the last placing in May 2020, and I also have not been involved in a placing for many years.
However, I believe that we will be contacted through our current investing platform, and for my wife and I this is ii. Therefore, I would expect you to be contacted through HL.

I have not seen a closing date published for the 'Open Offer', as yet. I expect this to become clear soon, maybe later today ?

We do know that the new Shares:-
· Admission occurring by no later than 8.00 a.m. on 1 October 2021 (or such later time and/or date as may be agreed between the Company and Peel Hunt and finnCap), being no later than 8.00 a.m. on 22 October 2021.

I agree, it is a matter of taking the emotion out of our current situation, and averaging down is our current strategy.

We have decided to wait and see how our SP performs over the next couple of weeks, before making a decision on whether to take up the 'Open Offer' of 2 Shares for every 7 held, at a price of 25p.
We expect our SP to be above the 25p Offer Price at the end of September, and if this is the case then we intend to take up our full allotment under the Offer.
We know that the Placing of 24 Million Shares at 25p to raise £6M was completed successfully on Friday, which we see as encouraging, in the current situation.
With regards to DB's intended further investment in GDR of up to £20k (80k Shares at 25p), I take it that he can take up the same Open Offer as we can, which means that with his current holding of 213,710 Shares he can take up 61,060 Shares at a cost of £15,265. DB can (as we can) also apply for additional Open Offer Shares through the Excess Application Facility, which I take will be limited in quantity ? I therefore think DB knows he will be unable to invest >£20k under the terms of the 'Open Offer' ?

Due to Covid outbreak, even though the India Team were initially tested Negative using PCR Testing ? Now there is a question over the accuracy of the PCR Tests they used ? Time for GDR Quality and Accuracy to step in, and Help !!

Our Placing was in May 2020, and the Placing price was 80p, NOT 40p.

It says to be launched late Q3 (Sept 21), early Q4 October 21, so I think it is an update on our latest POC !!
Interesting that is states CE marked !? and in Commercial Development !

It will be very hard fishing tomorrow, way too Hot for Fishing, the Fish will swim around the surface, sun Bathing with no interest what so ever to Feed.
I entered this 'Cost Cutter' Match, not that it is cheap to fish, but I will be up against the Lakes Locals, which I thought would be a Good Practise Opportunity - a couple of weeks ago when I booked into it ?!
We have our Club League Match on Saturday on the same Lake, and the weather forecast is Heavy Showers and Thunder, and the Temperature dropping from 29 deg C to 23 deg C overnight.
I am not going to learn much from fishing the 'Cost Cutter Match' tomorrow. I should cancel and spend the time drinking Cold Birra Moretti, in a Nice Bar !! But I won't, I will go Fishing, and Burn ?!! LOL

I already have those 'Clueless Idiots' filtered, so totally agree with ignoring the 'Proven Liars'.
I see loads of Green Posts when our SP rises as well as drops, and get the gist of their clueless posts from the responses of GDR Investors.
My Birthday is the 3rd August, so would appreciate a date past 3rd August, like 4th August 2050 !!!!
They are Desperate Trolls, preying on True GDR Investors, with No benefit to Our GDR BB IMHO.
Totally agree they have always posted the same old, same old, same old 'Troll Script', and I am sure nothing has changed since I Filtered them some Months ago.

I read that ICMR Approval list when it was released, but I read it as saying that 'Pinktech Design Private
Limited, Delhi' had reviewed our 96 SARS-CoV-2 Kit CE Mark documentation, and thought that the ICMR Process approval was still ongoing ? - Glad to have mis-understood though !!!

I read it thinking India approved, 'those tests that had their own country of origin Approvals, e.g. 'Our CE Mark''

I will cross AIHL off my list of 'Great News to Come', and replace it with 'Further TB Updates' LOL !!

Yes I know we have ICMR Approval due to our CE Mark. I try to read all Posts (other than the 'Clueless Idiot' Green One's LOL).
However, I like to dot the I's and cross the T's, and I would just also like to see ICMR Approve our Test through their Approval process, as well, it may just give us a tad more leverage, when India Health Organisations are ready to sign our GDR's dotted line ?!!
So still a like to have for me !
