Many people with Covid-19 symptoms have been testing negative. There are several likely reasons, such as mutations of the virus escaping detection, quality of sampling and testing, and efficacy of RT-PCR kits.
As India struggles to cope with the unprecedented demand for RT-PCR tests, reports suggest that up to 20% symptomatic Covid-19 patients are testing negative.

This apparent trend of false negative results may deny serious patients hospital admission and critical care while letting asymptomatic ones move around and spread the virus. The trend has prompted experts, including AIIMS director Dr Randeep Guleria, to recommend Covid-19 treatment for everyone showing classic symptoms irrespective of RT-PCR results.

We have sent the following email reply to Anna Dunphy:-

Thank you for your quick reply.

We are sorry that we did not write our last message to you more clearly.

We are not looking for a detailed list of All GDR Shareholders, but a list of the Circa Top 25 Shareholders, and their Shareholding ? We are not looking to see a list of Private Investors, and their Holdings.

We found a list in Google:- https://simplywall.st/stocks/gb/pharmaceuticals-biotech/aim-gdr/genedrive-shares#ownership

However this list is not regularly updated, and this list has not been updated in the main since 4th Jan 2021, and some 11th February 2021.

We also saw this Bloomberg Screenshot list posted on Twitter, but again we cannot find out how to review this list on any regular basis ? https://twitter.com/WilliamCruicks5/status/1358917669551026176?s=20

We can see the list of Three GDR Shareholders that have declared their interest in excess of 3% Shareholding in GDR, on the Genedrive PLC Website, plus Director Shareholdings of course !

We noticed that some 17million Shares changed hands on the 25th and 26th March 2021, but did not see an RNS, and therefore concluded this must have been mainly Institutional Investors trading with holdings of <3%. It would be Good to gain an understanding of these Trading volumes ?

Our question to you should have been clearer, and we should have asked if you know how we can get to review a more recent list of the circa Top 25 GDR Shareholders ?

If a Circa Top 25 Shareholders list is not available, then any list showing Institutional Investors Shareholdings, that we could see regular updates (say monthly) would be helpful.

I will include the link access to the Simply Wall Street list of Top 25 Shareholders, and explain to Anna that the problem with this list is that it has not been updated since the 4th Jan/ Feb 2021.

I will go back and ask for if Anna knows how we can gain access to the 'Top 25 Institutional Shareholders', equivalent to the Simply Wall Street GDR list posted in Google, but which has not been updated since Jan/Feb 2021.

I have just received a reply from Anna at Woolbrook:-

'I am not aware of any way you could get a detailed list of GDR shareholders in order to monitor the movements daily/ weekly. The register of shareholders is not something that is distributed to, or shared with, shareholders.

It’s just not really something you can get access to I’m afraid! '

I asked Anna if she knew of a list of Shareholders, - II's and others such as PEEL HUNT LLP, and therefore I will go back to Anna and ask more clearly as to whether she knows of a list not including PI's ?

I know you are not currently invested here, and you want to get back in as cheap as you can, but to keep posting this stuff is not Ethical ?
Read the RNS's and go through the Investors Presentation.
We have invested Loads in stock, with Long Shelf Life, and this stock can be used across most of our Products !
It was stated that the £1mil Tax credit was overdue because of COVID (Staff working from home slowing up payments), and not a problem. Plus the £2.8mil in cash and the $400k received from BC = >£4mil = approx 10 months.
The only reason we will need to spend on materials/stock is because we will have received massive orders which will be self financing.
Also we will receive a further Development Tax Credit before December circa £1mil !!!!!!

Wow $2000/month, not sure I need to know that much, LOL !
