My wife has just given me my Laptop back, and I have checked the Presentation, now on the Genedrive Plc Website; Investor Relations; Reports and Presentations - Download pdf !
Slide No. 16, presented by Matt Fowler - States:-
• R&D tax credit due shortly £1.0m
• Unaudited cash at 15 Mar-21 £2.8m
• Unaudited cash at 15 Mar-21 excludes debtors and R&D tax credit, (adds £1.4m) - This is where the £400k he mentioned, which I believe must be an additional £400k payment owed to our business, other than the $400k from BC, which I am sure he said has already been paid to us ?!!!
So Total cash £4.2 mill = 10 months normal running costs !!!

Yes $400k in the Interims, which is approx £293k.
However, I thought he said £400k payment from BC, in the Presentation ?
This is why in my last post I wrote (I believe this is where he said £400k came from ? )
Either way £400k or £293k still the Total Cash equals 10 months at normal 'Burn Down Rate' !!!
I will check the £400k or £293k out though ?

The reason for £3.7mil expenditure to Dec 2020 is because the Company spent heavily on Test Product Stock. This stock has a Long Shelf Life, and is used across the Companies range of Products - So no problems with buying the Stock !!!
The above statement speaks Volumes for the Confidence Our Company has in Future Sells !!!
As at 15 Mar 2021 Cash stands at £2.8 mil PLUS a £1 mil Tax Credit due in from HMRC for R&D work !!! = £3.8 mil, then + £400k payment from BC (I believe this is where he said £400k came from ? ) = £4.2 mil Cash !!!
He also said that the Company have now returned to the normal 'Burn Down Rate' of £400k per Month !!!
Therefore, £4.2 mil divide by £400k = 10 months normal Business running costs !!! And this does not include Future Income from Sells !!!! Happy days !!!!

I believe that GDR Mcap is potentially worth £300 mil Mcap, based on projected Sales and Profit.
I expect GDR to sell 50,000 RT-PCR Test units/day at £10 per Test = £500,000 per day revenue at 60% profit margin = £300,000 per day profit.
Working on a 5 day week = 5 x £300,000 = £1,500,000 profit per week.
£1,500,000 x 50 wks per year = £75,000,000 profit per year.
Using a standard multiple of 4 for valuation = 4 x £75,000,000 = Mcap of £300,000,000
Mcap of £300,000,000 divided by 52,000,000 shares = a potential SP of £5.77p

This Mcap valuation does not take into consideration a valuation of our POC; HCV. DOD or AIHL etc
Taking into consideration BGF conversion of their Loan Note to Shares, means our Total Share in Market will rise to 64,000,000 Shares.
Therefore - £300,000,000 divided by 64,000,000 shares = a potential £4.68p SP !

Q1 How many Biomek i7’s are there in Operation/sold in the World ?
Q2 Have Cytiva increased their Production of our Covid Test Beads, above the >10.000/hour, last reported ? If so How many can they Produce/hour, throughout their Production Capacity Sites ?
Q3 When should we expect Our POC to be Launched ?
Q4 What is the delay with the >£10 Mil European Order ? And when do you expect this Order to be announced – Q2 ?
Q5 Have we missed out on South Africa’s current 6 Monthly Cycle Ordering ? Gained South Africa Approval in Sept 2020 !
Q6 Are we still working with BC on an Automated i7 PCR Test using Saliva
Q7 How many PCR Tests have we shipped to the USA, in total ? And do you know when the next shipment is due to be sent ? And are we being paid for these Tests either immediately on despatch or Sell or return basis ?

The TV in our Bedroom is not linked into 'Sky TV', and we can still receive Teletext, I love it !!
Years ago I use to plough through Teletext to find Holiday destination Bargains - LOL, Good Old Days ??!!!
Information on Investing in Companies was a lot more difficult to find in those days though !!!

I read the following on Teletext last night, and this morning an Analyst on Bloomberg recommended investing in UK Healthcare, because this Sector is looking cheap !
'An Abu Dhabi investment fund has agreed to pay £800m into UK life sciences, in what could be the first of billions of pounds of investment in the UK.
Mubadala, one of the UAE's most active funds, will invest the money over five years.
Abu Dhabi is set to invest heavily in British health, tech, green energy and infrastructure, according to the Financial Times.
It is thought investments in the other sectors will be of a similar scale.
The exact size of the total investment is not yet clear, the FT said, but could be worth up to £5bn.
Maybe we should email 'Mubadala' and recommend they take a look at Genedrive, an absolute Bargain SP !!!

I believe we have a few Months yet to sell Tests of 18K/Wk before we need to consider raising funds through a Placing ?!!
I personally believe these 18k sells/wk., will easily be surpassed !!
If we do need to depend upon a Placing, then it will only take weeks to raise the money, and I also believe there would be plenty of Takers, so No gamble here.

We should not forget that DB stated that the UK were not looking for New suppliers of PCR Tests, back in May 2020, and the EU were obviously in the same position, which is the reason we struggled to sell our Tests.
Also, we applied for FDA/EUA; ICMR and WHO Approvals in June 2020, and we are still waiting, so we could not sell out Tests here either.
Fortunately, we Now have FDA Approval to sell our PCR Tests in the USA, and we have the Might of BC behind us !!!!
I also believe that FDA/EUA Approval is Very close now, and this will give us entry into India too !!!

To Keep the Lights on we need to sell <70k Tests/Month (18K Tests/wk), starting in the next few months or sooner !!!!
With BC selling our Tests, and POC due, and the European Order still in place etc !!!!!

We have so much Great News coming our way, that I will be Very Surprised if David does not give us a Very Bullish Interim Results on Thursday, and Investors Presentation on Friday !!!!

Should have said GHIF could be holding just their 2mil Shares by now, as this would not take them down < 3%, and therefore would not have to declare the 700,000 share sell !!
The Genedrive Shareholding for GHIF was last updated when they reduced to 2.7mil Shares.

We know that GHIF have 2.7MIL Shares left, it states this on the list of Genedrive PLC Shareholders.
We also know that GHIF cannot sell below 2 mil Shares before the end of June 2021.

We also know that BGF have a ZERO Holding in GDR, because a screen shot from Bloomberg was posted on here several weeks back, and this showed BGF holding ZERO Shares.

It was posted on this BB that Genedrive's 'Burn Down Rate' is £350k - £400k per month to run the business.
So say 5 months x £400k = £2mil. Therefore should have around £3mil less any PCR Test Manufacturing costs left in the Bank.
If no abnormal running costs, then we should have sufficient funds to last a further 7 months !!!
I would have also thought that we would have some income during the past 6 months, say £500k !!
I would also have thought that any Test/Manufacturing costs would carry a 90 day payment agreement ?!!
Therefore, Hopefully future Test Sells will keep us Financially positive, and No need for a Placing ??!!!!

I had seen the list of Director and Substantial Shareholders (>3%) on the GDR Website:- And noted Spreadex was missing from the Simply Wall Street list.
