Yes you are right Our PCR Packets do state:- "US EUA: Validation of this test has not been reviewed by FDA. Review under the EUA program is pending"
And 'No' I do not believe this statement on our PCR Package will limit Sales !!!
My reasoning is that Our PCR Test has been tested on BC's Automated Biomek i7''s, and Proven and Documented to Perform Exceptionally well. !
Selling Diagnostic Covid Tests is not like selling say Pregnancy Test off the Shelf in a Super Market ?
We are selling our PCR Tests through Beckman Coulter, a Massive Well Respected Company throughout the USA and the World.
. Beckman Coulter Professional Sales Personnel will Engage with their Customers, giving Guarantees and Explaining the Reasons for why the FDA Statement is written on Our Packaging !!!
. Our PCR Test has Also been through rigorous Independent Test Labs in the USA, which Supports BC's Sales of Our GDR Test.
. I also believe that once BC start (if not before = soon) to Sell Our Tests in 'Big Quantities', the FDA will want to ensure we have Certified EUA Approval !!! ( even if this is too negate any possible Suing Rights, as FDA have given us Selling Authority)!
The FDA also said they 'Do not mind us Selling our PCR Tests for a limited time, while waiting for FDA/EUA Approval', and I read this as meaning they intend to complete our Approval Application, before we get too far down the road with Masses of Sales !!!!

Also consider this:- Would a Multi $Billion Company (Beckman Coulter), go through Everything they have with GDR since the Automation Testing Collaboration which began on the 4th August 2020, if They were Not Certain of the Massive Benefits they would expect from this partnership -To the Successful point that BC then entered into a Distribution Agreement with GDR on the 28th January 2021.
Both DB and BC Know the Enormity of the Returns through this Partnership, and they will have taken into consideration the 'Statement on Our Test Package' !!!!!!

I do not own or follow ODX.
The only Covid stock investment I own is GDR, and I am Very Pleased to be invested here !!!!
My reference to ODX ceiling was simply because this is what was quoted in the Post, and therefore I took it that there was a feeling that ODX was stuck at a ceiling SP (100p) ?
My Post was to clarify that I did not believe Our GDR SP is stuck at a ceiling price !!!
My view on DB's Sales expectations are as follows:-
. When DB said he expected to Report on Sales in June 2020, I believe, he said this because at the time we were all thinking that we would receive FDA/EUA; ICMR and WHO Approvals within around 15 Days - Amazingly we are Still waiting, although DB/BC have, in December, managed to gain FDA Authority to sell in the USA, while waiting Full Approval !!! - Great Move !!
. DB said from the Outset that they knew the UK was not looking for any more/new PCR Test suppliers, and this is why the UK, and the EU were not his Targeted Markets !!
. I have Always believed in DB and the Quality of our Many Products, and averaged down from my/our initial SP investment of 182p - and have Never regretted doing so. !!! Mind you the Dark Days of below 60p, were painful, seeing the value of our investment > £100k Down in Value ??
My Wife and I remain Confident, and Strong in our Belief in GDR/BC, Our Products, and Our Ability to sell in Big Quantities, throughout the World !!!

On Monday Our SP opened at 129.75, and Today we closed at 149p, (On Google) a nigh 20p rise - have to say this does not feel like the ODX 100P Ceiling to me !!!!!!

'Pfizer Vaccine'

When it was First announced that the Pfizer Test had been Approved, I was Very unsure about 'How Safe' it would be ? In fact if I had been offered the Vaccine at that time I would Not have taken it ?
I could not get my head around how quickly this Virus Vaccine had come through to Approval ?
The fastest Virus Vaccine Approval prior to this took 4years, and most had taken 10 years ??
However, as time has passed, and so many Elderly people, in particular (I am 67 years) had taken the Pfizer and Astra Zeneca Oxford Vaccine with very few Negative Reports, I realised I had too take the Vaccine !!!!
When the 2nd Wave hit, and Virus Infections Rose Steeply, along with Hospitalisations and Deaths, it became an 'Absolute Definite' for my Wife and I, that we Had to take the Vaccine !!!
