Our task is not a problem TBH, we are supplied by Cytiva (Big Company owned by Danaher), and we are partnered to Distribute our PCR Test with Beckman Coulter (Big Company owned by Danaher) !!!
So no problems with the task in hand being too Big for Genedrive.
However, should Danaher decide to Takeover GDR, and complete the ownership of the entire Covid PCR supply and Test Chain, then we would find it very difficult to fend off such an approach.
DB and Genedrives Board of Directors can recommend Shareholders Accept or Not Accept any Offer, should one be put forward, But if Danaher did want to Buy Genedrive, they have more than enough Cash to persuade Shareholders to sell ??!!

Are you suggesting this is because a Bid could be coming our way ??

It is unusual for a small Company like Genedrive to be in such a Great Partnership with a Massive Company like BC/Danaher !!
Governments and Large Companies will often not entertain buying Products from a small Company, because if there was a problem with Manufacture or with the Product itself, then the concern is how would a small Company sort the Problems out ?
When Governments and Large Companies buy from a Big Company they have the assurance that the Company can sort any problem out, by throwing People and Money at the Problem.
Genedrive with just over 40 Employees and relatively small cash resources would be considered a risk, on it's own?
Genedrives Partnership with BC/Danaher takes All those concerns away, and the Great news for GDR Shareholders is that with a Very Small MCap, our SP will Rocket with the Huge Orders that Large Companies attract !!
